On a fine spring afternoon, Krishna and his brother Balram were upto mischief and mother Yashoda was trying to stop them. Krishna wanted to eat the delicious butter that mother Yashoda had made and had hidden in clay pots near the ceiling. Mother Yashoda tells her sons that there's a Bogieman waiting in the clay pots.

Krishna playfully argues :

Gummadede kanna thalli?
Gummadede gopidevi?
Gummadechatanunduno maa amma gopemma!
Amma, gummadede?

(Where is the Bogieman mother?!! Show me where he is? How does he look and what does he do?!!)

Mother Yashoda replies:

Settivaari paapa ata mari,
Chetti lopala cheyi pettaga
Gattiga velu patti karichi Gaayamulu chese!
Krishna, Gummadaade!

(When the neighbor's daughter kept her hand in a pot to take butter, the bogieman caught her arm, bite her finger and injured her. That is why I tell you there is a bogieman in the pots!)
