Chapter 4: cage

Bella's P.O.V

"please let me go..," he chuckled rubbing my sides gently. "Oh little girl you are mine now, I'll never let you leave me,"

Tears left my dark brown eyes as he said this. I wanted to runaway so bad...but i could barely move, my hips and legs were so sore. My tgighs and ass had red hand prints and paddle marks all over them. My back lashed from the whip, my cheek still red from when he slapped me from time to time. I could swear my lower area was bleeding and stretched wider than anything...i didnt like that feeling...

"Puppy, come on, lets get you into bed. Its 3 in the morning and we've got school tomorrow" he smirked down at me. This had gone on for hours..so long its now 3 in the morning..
He clipped a leather collar around my neck tightly then hooked a leash to it. He tugged it a little "on all fours puppy" i gulped and slowly got onto all fours, whimpering as every move i made coursed me pain. I heard him chuckle and start to walk out of his room, tugging the leash making me follow him. Whimpering quietly from moving. His hallway was scarier than i remember from ealier, it was a lot darker, only now do i notice all the weapons, whips, paddles, gags, etc, all hung up along the hallway walls. As i looked up i noticed, hanging from the 6 chandeliers hung along the hallway roof...wolf heads...3 wolf heads on each chandelier...
My body started to tremble, my breath hitching  and my eyes going wide on fear. Now this wouldn't really be a problem if only i wasnt part wolf let alone have the ability to transform into a wolf, wolf pup to be exact.

Kai noticed my trembling and the aura of fear around me, he smirked and kneeled down to me. Firmly gripping my chin and made me stair at every single wolf head, whispering low in my ear "now now puppy girl, no need to be scared. You wont end up like them, I've got a special place for you" his smirk became wider as he nibbled my earlobe. Tears fall from my eyes again as he tugged the leash once more, walking me down 2 flights of stairs to im assuming a basement.

He flicked the lights on...only revealing more weapons, dildos and other inappropriate toys..
He then led me to the middle of the room where a small cage was only half a meter above the ground being held up by chains, bext to it was a long-ish metal table with chains tangling from the corners. "Puppy up" he patted the table, signaling me to get up on it. I whimpered as hopping up onto it made the pain in my lefs worse.
Only to then whimper even louder when Kai slammed me down on my side onto the table. Chaining both my ankles to the bottom left corner and both my wrists to the top right corner of the table. "K-kai this hurts!!" I cried silently. He spanked my ass a little "puppy, you best be quiet or this will only be worse" he snarled into my ear, putting his hand on my hip and pressing down roughly. I tried my best not to cry or whimper as he did this. Feeling the pain get worse but shortly stop when he pulled his hand away. I panted heavily and relaxed. "Good girl" he whispered while rubbing my visible side. A quiet purr left my mouth as he did this.

Ogasawara's P.O.V

Now, I've marked. I just need to make sure shes never to far from me. After releasing one of her hands from the chains i grabbed a syringe with white liquid in it containing tiny tracking chips in it. Programmed so if she was to far away from me it would electricute her or depending how far she is, poison her. Which only i could fix so really she'd have bo choice but to come running back.
As i came closer to her with the syringe she started to whimoer loudl. I glared at her and gently stroked her cheeks to calm her. "Now now be a good girl or I'll have to punish you" she shook her head fast and went quiet. Her breathing fast and heavy from fear. A small smirk formed on my lips as i injected the liquid into her wrist.

"Good girl puppy. I'll give you a treat in the morning. For now you will sleep" i unchained her then layed her down in the cage next to the table. Taking the leash off but leaving the collar on. She probably wouldn't sleep so i forcefully shoved a sleeping pill down her throat.

Bella's P.O.V

As he closed the door to the cage i started to freak out. I hate being in cages, i hate being alone i hate being in the dark, he cant leave me here he cant!!
"K-kai!! Please dont leave me here i dont wanna be in a cage!!" I begged him, only to tense up and choke as he reached through the cage bars and squeeze my throat hard
"this cage puppy, is your new home. Your new bed. Now, shut up, behave, and sleep. Or I'll have to punish you. You belong in this cage after all" he smirked and said something quietly in an unknown language, making me turn to my preferred wolf pup form. He then dropped me and tugged my tail lightly "mutts belong in cages. You'll only come out when i want you or when its time for school" he then whispered the mysterious language again, turning me back to my human form and spanked my ass again.

"K-kai..." mutt...so thats what everyone sees me as...
