Phil's POV
"Dan!" I shouted, banging on his door. It was half noon, he should have been up by now. I knew he came in late last night, but he never usually sleeps in this late. I heard a feminine giggle from inside the room, and then it dawned on me. Dan hadn't been up yet because he wasn't alone.
"Shh." Dan hushed from inside the room. "I'll be up in a bit, Phil." He chuckled at something the unkown girl said, and hushed her again. "Late night last night."
I sighed and shook my head with a frown.
"Whatever, Daniel."
I walked away from Dan's room in an unhappy mood. This had been happening a lot lately. Dan would go out to bars, stay out late, and bring home girls whose name he wouldn't remember in the morning. I wasn't exactly jealous, but it upset me that he was doing this. He didn't realise that his behaviour affected anyone but him. I guess I was kind of jealous, considering he never really spent time with me anymore, but I would probably never let on that I felt that way.
I walked into the kitchen and made a cup of coffee, not for me, but for Dan. I knew he'd be nursing a hangover and caffine was what he needed, along with some painkillers, which I set on the table next to the rubix cube mug I'd made his coffee in. I made him a plate of toast and sat it down next to the coffee and the pills and sat across the table to wait for Dan.
A few minutes later, he and the mystery girl, who was short and had pink hair, stumbled out of his room. I watced Dan walk the girl to the door.
"See you around, Adriona." He said to her. I waited a moment, knowing exactly what would come next.
"Um, no, you won't." The girl snapped in a nasaly voice. "My name is Alissa."
I heard the door slam and Dan say something nasty about the girl under his breath. He made his way into the kitchen, rubbing his eyes.
"Morning, Phil." He yawned and stretched. For some reason, I was momentarily distracted by the golden sliver of skin that appeared when his black tshirt rode up, but I snapped quickly out of it.
"Not really." I looked him in the eyes with a frown. "It's nearly one. I made you breakfast." I gestured to the meal on the table.
"Oh, thanks, Phil!" He smiled genuinely. "You didn't have to do that. You're the best!"
"I know." I said with a cheeky grin.
"So..." He trailed off, taking a bite of his toast. "What do you want to do today?"
I sighed. I didn't think I could hold in my anger at his recent behaviours anymore, so I just let it out.
"Why does it matter what I want to do?" I asked harshly. "You'll probably just spend all day ignoring me, then around seven you'll go out, and not come home till three in the morning, and you'll have company then." I stood up and walked to my room, leaving Dan slack-jawed at the kitchen table.
