Sit right there, and let me tell you a tale, about Dreamland.

Long ago, there was a place foretold to be so beautiful that it looked like dreams themselves came true. Not many knew where it was, but it was rumored to be outside the town of Adremic. Many of the towns people have attempted to find this sanctuary, to see it for their own eyes. Until, one fateful day, a woman named Renebelle stumbled upon it. Now, let us rewind to the time before the discovery.

"Sigh, why must the market be so busy today?" she asked herself as she walked through the street, looking at all the busy people attempting to buy their fruits and veggies. Sighing heavily, she turns a corner only to be met with a shout from a drunk bystander. "Hey pretty lady." he said as he approached her. running his hand along her arm. "Get away from me!" she shouted as she pushed his hand away and took off running to the woods. "God!" she thought "some people have no respect for others..". As she slowed down to a walk she looked around her realizing she didn't know where she was, or where the trail is to get back to Adremic. "Good job, Rena, you've gotten yourself lost. You know better than to leave the trail.." she said out loud as she looked around her.. "And now you've gone insane because there's nobody here, you're just talking to yourself." with a sigh she decided to keep walking, stepping over fallen trees, ducking under limbs, careful not to tread through the poison ivy and animal droppings along the way. A few minutes past as she looks up at the sky, "Well, at least it's not late in the day, and the sky isn't cloudy. Guess that's a good thing." She walks a little bit further until the smell of honeysuckle reaches her nose, "Huh.. I don't see any honeysuckle nearby." she mumbles, she looks ahead of her and a few paces away was vines hanging down from trees in the form of a curtain.. Exhausted from the heat, she decides it must be some sort of shelter that nature has created and must be cooler through the vines. With a deep breath, not knowing what will await her, she pulls open the vines and steps through, "Oh my god.." she says as her jaw drops as she takes in the sight she sees. Right there, in front of her eyes, was a waterfall just like the ones the town rumored about. Humming birds fluttering about the trees, the sweet smell of honeysuckle, and a doe drinking from the stream. "This.. I'm dreaming, I must be dreaming. I've hit my head somehow and I'm knocked out on the ground dreaming." she said, stepping in as a cool breeze hits her. Looking around she looks for a place to sit, finding a solid log near the still water. "Well, I might as well rest while I'm here, since I'm not sure how far away I am from the town. No use in exhausting myself." she thought to herself as she sat down on the log, finally taking in the mystery around her. There were apple trees, blackberry bushes, wild onions, orange trees, cherry trees, herbs all around that says "pluck me" to a very hungry traveler, or in this case, an exhausted woman. With a sigh she puts her head in her hands, her short red hair falling in front of her face, she looked down at the water thinking that she might as well cease this opportunity and go for a swim. Stripping down to her under clothes, and folding her clothes up on the log near the stream, she dips her toes in to check the temperature of the water, seeing that it was warm she dove in, opening her eyes under the water she felt feel, all the fish, beautiful rocks and you could see the bottom of lake, coming up for air she swam around, letting the water relax her body as she swam under the falls into the cave that rested behind it, she saw beautiful crystals along the cave walls.. As she swam into the cave she noticed that it wasn't that long, it was a small swim inside to where there was shelter and soft well trimmed grass. "Huh, somebody must know about this place to keep this grass cut, and this place looking so beautiful." she said once again to herself as she swam back outside to the edge of the lake and getting out and sitting back down on the log. A few minutes, possibly even hours pass by and the suns starting to set.. Too tired to move she folds her shirt into a pillow and lays it on the ground, pulling her pants on the keep her legs warm and pulls her jacket over her body to keep her warm throughout the night. "Might as well stay, it's peaceful here.. No use to rush back this late at night." she thought as she settles in and closes her eyes. In the middle of the night she hears a twig snap, her eyes flying open as she sits upright looking around her the best she could.. Picking up her phone that was fully charged, "Thank god for a solar charging phone docks.. $50 well spent." she said as she turned the phones flashlight on looking around the place.. "Huh.. I don't see anything, it's probably just some animal." she said out loud, unlocking her phone to turn off the flashlight, until a voice appeared. "Well, that's rude." the voice said full of humor, "I'm not some animal, I'm human.. Well, kind of anyways." the voice said as it grew closer. She raises her phones light up to reveal a man with beautiful green eyes, his voice was as smooth as honey, he smelled like the forest at night after a rain, his smile was enough to melt any cold hearted person. She stood up and looked at him, looking at him like she was dreaming because nobody could be this relaxed around a random stranger sleeping in a mysterious place in the woods that people talk about nonstop even though they've never been there. "Who.. Who are you? And what are you doing here?" she asked trying to keep a serious face. He smiled at her warmly and said, "Well, little one.. I'm Alexandiel, but you can call me Alex." she pinched herself as he spoke, eyes widening as she realized she wasn't dreaming and this was all real.. "Oh..." she managed to say before promptly fainting, Alex catching her so she didn't hurt herself. Sitting down he laid her head on his lap, running his fingers through her hair. "Don't worry, little one. I'll watch over you.. I'll be here when you wake up."

      To be continued.
