Instructors for the new teams came and went, the 'genins' following along with them. As time passed only two teams were left in the room.

"What's taking our senseis so long? It's been three hours already!" Sakura yelled, frustrated.

"I just wanna get this over with and go home. All this waiting is a waste of time." Menma sighed out tiredly.

"Maybe you two are the reasons why our sensei's taking so long. Because you're both really annoying."

"Pfft," a breath was drawn from Ray's and Naruto's mouths. Afterwards, loud laughter erupted from them.

"Hahaha. Good one, Sai. Couldn't have said it better myself." Ray gasped out as her breathing started to even out.

"Ye-yeah, that was priceless. Nice job, Sai." Naruto chuckled, his breathing already in check.

"Oi, emo prick. Apologize to Menma and I. See, this is why i don't like people like you." Sakura huffed, angry that she was being disrespected by the raven haired boy.

Three snorts of disbelief went through the room after Sakura's statement.

'She just contradicted her taste in men.' They thought in sync.

A while after the argument quieted down, the door opened to reveal a silver, gravity-defying, haired man with a mask covering the bottom half of his face, wearing a jounin vest and normal ninja wear, and a red haired kunoichi in simalar attire without the mask.

As soon as the door opened however, three kunais were darting towards the silver haired man and only him. He dodged by ducking and when he got back up he glanced at the direction they came from. When he gazed, he was greeted with three deadly stares that almost made him faint.

"Kakashi, you're late. We know that you knew that we were going to be on your team and yet, you still insisted on being late. May I ask, as politely as I can, why, in the bloody hell, are you here, more than three hours after all the other teams left?" A calm yet stern voice looked in the room. Bits and pieces of anger could be heard from it, however.

The voice came from none other than Sasuke Uchiha. Now, which many people who would question why the most quiet person in the group would talk the most, if not, talk at all at this moment. The reason being, he does not tolerate tardiness.

"S-sorry, Sasuke, I had a mission to do before actually getting to the office to drop my status as Anbu, I just got back ten minutes ago." The newly named jounin, Kakashi replied, trembling a little bit.

Naruto set a hand on Sasuke's shoulder, trying to calm him down. The success of it was slowly but surely.

"Hmm, passable excuse, but don't let it happen again, or else I will let Sasuke do his job." Ray threatened, the glint in her eyes promising to give pure torture to who dares try to do a stupid act while in her presence at the time.
"Yes, ma'am, I'll try not to be late again." Was Kakashi's response, his head bowed.

The redhead and the other kids in the room, excluding the others on Ray's team and Sai, looked between Ray and Kakashi in shock. Never in a million years would they have seen a jounin bowing their head to a 'low-leveled genin'. Clearing her throat, the redhead gained the attention of the people in the room.

"So, um, team eleven, come with me outside and we'll talk while walking around the village. Maybe, even pay you back with some ramen as an apology for being so late." She said with a smile, her purple eyes twinkling from her mention of ramen.

"Sure, mom." Menma agreed, his hunger taking over at the choice of food.

"Menma, call me ma'am when we're out as a team, anytime else, mom is fine." The woman replied, now revealed as Menma's mother, meaning she was none other than the infamous Red Death, the Hokage's wife, Kushina Namikaze-Uzumaki.
