Bryan Smith died 3 days later in the ICU. His lung eventually crashed and he suffocated. I was sitting by his side and he told me he loved me and goodbye. I tried to get a nurse, but no one came. I tried to fix it, and help him breathe, but I couldn't. Mrs. Smith said he wanted me to write a eulogy. I told her I would and went home to cry.
I started writing after I told Mom. I bawled and bawled. He was gone. He was really gone. The love of my life was really gone.
