Amelia's POV
Today I woke up with a feeling that something big is going to happen, but I just shrug it off and get up to get ready. I take a shower and change into some black short shorts, a white t-shirt that says "take risks, because that's what life is all about", I put on some old converse and throw my hair into a side braid. I grab my skateboard and backpack and walk downstairs. I get down there to find my parents already awake. "Good morning" i say in a cheery tone. They just look at me in disgust and turn back to their beer and reality tv. I just chuckle and grab an apple as I walk out the door. I start to skate down the sidewalk when this idiot starts to drive on the sidewalk, but luckily I jump out of the way in time. "What the hell" I hear someone scream from inside the car "what the hell are you doing?!?". I then see someone get out of the car. "I'm so sorry" he says looking concerned and scared. I just laugh and I laugh even harder when I see his confused face. "Oh my god I'm fine" i say smiling "it's no big deal". "Are you sure?" He asks sounding kinda surprised. "Yeah, it was kinda fun" I say "and look minimal damage" I say as I look down at my one bloody knee. When he sees it he starts to freak out "oh my god are you ok? Do you need medical help? How are you standing? Sit down" he says in a panicked voice. "I'm fine it doesn't even hurt" I say trying to hold in my laughs, but I fail when I see him looking confused again. "Taylor what's taking so long?" I hear another voice say from inside the car. I then see 3 other guys come out of the car. "Oh my god are you ok?" One of them ask when they see my bloody knee "I'm perfectly fine" I say smiling "what are your names?" I ask because why not? "Why would we tell you?" One of them says kinda rudely "umm because you almost ran me over with your car" i say. "Fair enough I'm jack gilinsky" the rude one says "that's Taylor, hays, and nash" he says pointing to each one of them. "I'm Amelia" I say with a smile. "I'm gonna call you bandana" I say pointing to Taylor "I'm gonna call you Jackie" I say pointing to jack "your gonna be blue eyes" i say to Nash and then add "by the way you have really nice eyes" I say because he does. He blushes and looks down "and you're hayesie pooh" I say looking at hays. "Well I gotta run, I'm late for school" I say laughing thinking about how I'm going to explain this to my principle. "See ya" I say and start skating off to school. "Bye" they all yell.
