You put others down to make yourself feel better, stronger
But what others fail to see is that you're the one suffering
Something happened to you
Something that calloused you from being able to feel human emotion
It was fourth grade,
When you called me a nobody
You ripped through my life like an unexpected whirlwind
For awhile, I believed her
How could someone as insignificant as I
Mean anything.
Why would someone want to be around me,
A nobody?
Ode to Bullies I say
You taught us that words can't define us
We as humans, are only as faulty as our minds allow
Yet somehow bullies, we are stuck with you, just like you are stuck with you.
Cheers, to being beautifully broken.
