The words went like an arrow through his heart but without a tear in her eyes
"But.... but, its been so good... Whats wrong?"
"It just wouldnt work out, I know. Im going to be in a different part of the world. I dont think we will be able to have anything anymore, between us" with a tap on his shoulder, Aditi walked past him out of the building and Karan, dumbstruck as he was, couldnt bat his eyelid. Waiting for the break down, Kabir and I stood in a corner of the corridor. Finally, when not a muscle moved for a minute or so, we had to check if he was still breathing, if Aditi not only stomped over his heart for that idiot she found on the street corner but also broke his medulla oblongata (it takes care of the involuntary functions of the body) and stopped his respiration. Well, everything was working well but was in shock. Im pretty sure the ankles, pericardium and meninges would cope with the shock soon (ankles-strongest shock absorber, pericardium-sock absorber for the heart, meninges- shock absorber for the brain).
"Dude! Stop whining. I told you that she is heartless. Get up and get a life of your own. Dont waste a second of your time on her. We're going to have some fun. Movie, ice skating, game arcade. Tomorrow, meet me at the movie theatre. 3pm sharp!" I couldnt have helped anymore, so leaving Kabir in-charge, I left... Im not good with heart breaks. Never had a boyfriend or crush, and my best friends have always been these 2 guys, so no girl talks about these either. Yes I am real and I am a teenager...
"Karan, she is right. Move on. She found another guy, god knows how many times she ditched you for other people. I dont even know how you guys worked out for a year... Get up, and I'll drop you home....."
Karan was no better than a dead body. Kabir had to pick him up to take him back. Aditi really stomped all over and punchered it. Cant blame her much too, those sharp heels would puncher anything, even her car's tyre, but a needle would do the trick too for that ;) You hurt either of my besties giiiiirl, you're on the top of my hit list.
