Ohh, finally home...I am SO tired now!

I just arrived home from a softball road trip to Wichita Falls, which is about 3 hours from Mansfield, where I live. I glanced at the digital clock

clock on the microwave as I trudged into the kitchen--1:19 am, it read.

"Hey Mom," I started, "I'm just gonna go get a quick shower and then go to bed."

"Ok, sweetie," she replied, "me too."

"Hey Leah, amazing pitching tonight!" My dad exclaimed as he gave me a fist bump.

"Thanks Dad, but lets talk about the game tomorrow, ok? I'm like about to fall over on my face," I giggled.

I sauntered back into my light blue room and plopped down on my full sized bed. I love softball, I thought to myself. As I untied my cleats

and took off my blue striped softball socks, my mind began to wander to the girl I saw at the softball field earlier today. She couldnt have

been any older than 17, but she had 2 small daughters, one in a stroller, and the other carried by a guy whom I presumed to be her

boyfriend. That had to be incredibly hard at such a young age. I had gotten "baby fever" or whatever you want to call it a few months ago, not

to long after I turned 16 on August 9, but I know I don't really want to have a baby at this point in my life. Me and Andy, my boyfriend, have

only had sex 5-6 times or so, and we've been together for almost 10 months, our anniversary is on June 22. We are always careful, he

uses a condom and I always take my birth control pill. Speaking of Andy, I should probably text him to let him know I got home, though I

doubt he is still awake.

"Hey babeee, I just wanted to tell you I got home okay, anddd we won our game! :D Love you:)," my message read.

I grabbed my pj's and headed for my bathroom. I am an only child, so I have it all to myself. As I took my hair out of my ponytail and brushed

it out, I thought about when I do have children like 10 years from now when I am 26, they are definitely going to play baseball/softball. Me

and their Daddy, who will be Andy, can teach them as soon as they learn to walk. I turned on the water, got in the shower, finished up,

dressed, and went back to my room. I was surprised to find a message from Andy on my phone. Typically he goes to bed relatively early on

Fridays because those are the days that he has baseball practice and after that umpires kid's games for the YMCA. He is 18, and a senior.

I'm 16 and a junior. We both go to the same school, Valley Road Christian Academy, or VRCA for short.

"Congratulations baby!! :D I bet you played amazinglyy. Well I want to talk, but Im kinda falling asleep right now haha. I was just waiting for

you to text me. Goodnight:) I'll come over tomorrow. Sweet dreams. I love you." his reply read.

Ohh my goodness, how I love that boy. Back to talking about our school, yes it is a Christian school, but there's a lot of kids having sex, and

we are two of them. I climbed into bed, and my mind drifted back to that girl I had seen earlier today. Oddly enough, I kind of want to be

pregnant, I thought to myself as I drifted off to sleep.
