Chapter 3

Octavia's POV

"I dare you to kiss Ethan and I don't mean a little peck, I mean a great, sexy kiss that he won't forget." Jonathan said

"WHAT?!?!"  I reply a little shocked that he said that. 

CRAP!!! CRAP!!! CRAP!!!! I am so screwed.  I am going to strangle Jonathan. 

"Girl, you heard me.  Ethan, you don't mind do you?"  Jonathan asked. 

"I uhh..."  Ethan was starting to say until Liz interrupted. 

"Of course he does.  We all just met each other!"  Liz said trying to keep Ethan to herself so she could kiss him.  Typical.

"You know what, you are right."  Jonathan responded. 

"Why not do dinner first?"  Chloe added. 

GUYS!!!! YOU ARE NOT HELPING ME AT ALL!!!

"That's not a bad idea,"  Grayson added. 

"Look, while Ethan, you seem like a nice guy, but I just met you.  It might seem like a cliché but I actually want my first kiss to be special and not to just some guy who I met on a trip... sorry.  Maybe another time though.  So, I guess that leaves me no choice,  I have to tell y'all my name."  I said sadly.   

I guess Ben noticed I was kinda scared to tell  everyone my name so he said, "I meant you just have to tell me your name." 

"Wait... really?"  I asked.

"Yeah."  He replied. 

I whispered my name into his ear and when I then looked at him he was surprised but looked satisfied that I told him. 

"To be honest,  I would have never have guessed that name.  Like I can see you as a... well your name... but I guess I am just use to Texas."

After we talked for a while we all got in the pool.  We had so much fun just swimming.  We had brought a speaker with us so there was music which made it 10 times better.

"Okay, Texas.  Your turn to pick the song." Jonathan yelled. 

I got out of the pool and played Tuesday by Drake. 

Gosh I love this song.

Ethan and Grayson started laughing. 

"Why did you pick this song?"  Grayson asked me.

"Because it is a great song."  I responded.  I wonder what is going on with these two and this song. 

"So you didn't pick this song for any reason?"  Ethan asked. 

"No, I really didn't.  I just like the song.  If y'all don't like it I can just change it. 

"No, no.  It is fine."  Ethan said with a smirk. 

We swam for a little bit but then we got out and dried off.  It was getting around five o'clock and about an hour and a half is when the boat is leaving the port.  We all had to go get cleaned up before we went to dinner with our families.

We all went to the stairs and elevators to go to our rooms.  For some reason, I was taking the elevator down to the 6th floor to go find Astrid probably at the coffee café place.

While everyone was going their separate ways,  Ben came up and whispered in my ear,  "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me."

"Thank you."  I said sincerely. 

Ethan and Grayson got in the elevator with me.  Lets just say it was really awkward.
