It depends on what they did. You can't just have someone killed because they threw a pencil at there stomach. The only thing you could do to solve that problem is throw it back or yell at them. Death isn't always the answer. If you killed someone, then that would be a good reason to have them killed. Sometimes death is a fitting punishment, but sometimes it isn't. Later losers.
