Rey's POV
After about a twenty minutes of AJ and me finishing the video feeds, the clown-woman walked in with a tall, red-haired man behind her. "Tributes," the clown-woman said,"Meet your trainer, Johann Wilson."
Johann took a seat at the table in the center of the train car. AJ and I reluctantly took seats opposite of him. "We're about 45 minutes away from the Capital. I'll leave you guys to chat," the clown-woman, turning and walking out the door.
Johann put his hands together. "I wish Pitre would've introduced us sooner. We would have had more time to discuss the Games."
"Pitre?" I inquired, raising an eyebrow.
"The Reaper," Johann replied.
"Oh," I said feeling dumb because I didn't figure that out myself.
"So," Johann said,"When you get to the Capital, you will be greeted by a lot of fans. Act friendly, but not vulnerable. Understand?" We nodded.
"Where is the Capital, exactly?" I asked.
"Zenekar," Johann replied. "You'll have two weeks to train for the Arena,"he continued. "Do you have any idea what you want to be wearing at the opening ceremony?"
I turned and looked at AJ. He shrugged. "Gold," I said. "Gold and silver." Johann nodded.
"I'll get Pitre to talk to your designers. You'll dress when we get there," Johann said. "I'll be with you for the next two weeks, so we can talk about strategies then. We're almost to the Capital, anyways." He looked out the window. The Capital skyline was showing in the distance.
"What about alliances?" I asked quickly.
"Well, you're the ones playing in the Games, not me," Johann replied. "Just go with you gut feeling." AJ and I looked at each other. We had gut feelings about the both of us, as well as Lane and Ricky. The freckle-faced girl also looked really strategic.
We were coming around the bend to the train station by now.
"Good luck," Johann said,"And may the odds be ever in your favor."
A/N: Hey guys! I'm back! Just saying, Pitre is french for clown and Zenekar is band in Hungarian. ;)
