"Jax! Jax! Get up! Come on!" My mom yelled shaking me. I groaned getting out of bed. I miss my home. Planet Zutania. My mom and I moved to Earth because attackers were planning on killing my mom and I.
My father was killed by these attackers. Now I'm here in Kansas. "Time for school Jax." Although I didn't want to get up I listened anyway.
"Good morning mother." I said giving her a hug. "You stink take a shower would you." She said laughing. I went in the bathroom and took off my clothes.
Before getting in the shower, I took a deep breath in and out trying to calm my nerves.
I'm not regular. I hope no one finds out about my life. Hopefully I can just control my temper.
"I don't hear any water Jax." My mom yelled. I sighed and went into the shower.
It took me fifteen minutes in the shower. I dried off and changed. I got in the kitchen and quickly ate my breakfast. After I was done mother asked me a few questions.
"Are you nervous?" She asked staring at me. I hate when she gives me that look. I sighed. "Yes a little. Only because I do not want to hurt anyone if they got on my nerves." I answered.
"Haha. Hun just remember we must act like humans. No one should find out that we're aliens alright?" She said.
"Yes mother, I'm going to walk now. Bye." I said to her.
This school isn't to far from here. Just a ten minute walk. I wonder how these people act around here.
I probably have six more minutes. Then I got this call from my mother. "Yes mom?" I said. "Jax are you there yet?" She asked. "Ugh, mom stop worrying so much. I'm almost there."
I hung up without saying goodbye. I love her, but she can get so damn annoying.
Finally I arrived there. I don't know if I'll enjoy it. I went to find the office. I talked to the principal and I got out of there.
After some time, it was now time for the first class. Then this girl bumped into me. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry. I can be very clumsy." She said.
"Yeah okay. Uh do you know where Miss Baron class is?" I asked. "Yes I have her class right now. Come on let's go." She said.
I hate the fact that I have to walk everywhere I go now. Back in Zutania, I fly to my destination. I barely walked, but now I have to.
As we were walking she asked my name. "Jax... Jax Blade. And you?" I said to her. "Morgan Lloyd." She answered.
We got in class early and there was no teacher. Morgan told me that Miss Baron is always late.
"Are you born here or are you from another state?" She asked. I wanted to tell her no I'm from another planet, but I can't do that.
I was never really good with girls. Although in Zutania I was getting really close with someone named Sonya. I'm more of a loner, very quiet.
I sighed. "Um, I'm from Kansas." I felt really offbeat lying. I don't lie, but I guess I have to in this situation.
"I'm from Philadelphia. My dad got a new job in Kansas a few years back so my family and I moved here." She said.
