The day was calm. The guards seemed in a good mood, so no one was randomly beaten. I ate the lunch. It seemed better than usual. Then I heard an alarm. "Attention! Someone is breaking into Alcatraz!" A guard yelled. There were gunshots. Then silence. In the hallway someone was thrown. They were in handcuffs. The guards took away his weapons and threw him into the cafeteria. He had a black mask on him. A guard took off his handcuffs. He seemed relatively okay with it. He sat down next to me. "You're a hero, aren't you?" He asked me. "I was. Heroes are just people in costumes with death wishes," I said. "I'm William. You?" He asked. "George," I answered. We were put in the same cell.
