starting anew?

hey guys, i think that i'll keep the previous chapters so i can look back on them and i kind of want it to be a reminder of how cringey i should nOT make this new, and hopefully better, version.

"hmm"

A young, but well dressed, man tapped his finger against his chin and hummed, as though he were in deep thought. He walked up to the first of many girls in the row and as he reached out to touch her hair, she flinched away and tried to scream. Not like it would help though, seeing as how she and all the others were bound and gagged. All 15 of the girls were tied to large, elegant chairs with nice, padded seats.

"Oh, come now", the man cooed as he caressed another girl's cheek. It was stained in tears and a bit of blood from her nose after being slapped with a bit too much force. He tsked softly as he grabbed her chin and turned her face so he could look over the damage.

"You are quite feisty, aren't you?", she tried to shake his hand off of her and he retaliated by cupping her face in both of his hands roughly. The gentleness in his voice was replaced by a dangerous tone, "This is exactly what I mean. Maybe if you hadn't resisted so much, fratello wouldn't have had to use such tactics to get you to submit now, hmm?"

He pulled away in disgust and wiped his hands on her tattered dress before walking down the row. He looked at all the trembling girls and observed them with an expression containing much disdain as he straightened the black, silky tie around his neck and smoothed out any wrinkles he might've had on his pristine, white suit.

"No", he decided as he stopped in front of the last girl, "these girls won't do, Luci."

He turned around to directly address another man, who was leaning against the wall of the dark basement, and pushed his transparent, pink shades up his face.

"What do you mean they won't do?", Luciano grit his teeth in annoyance at his older brother and uncrossed his arms to rest one of his hands on his hip as he pushed off from the wall, "I went through all this damn trouble to get these ragazze and you go and reject all of them?"

"You heard me", Flavio said, "they're boring."

Luciano's eye twitched as he gestured towards all the young women, "What do you mean, 'boring'? You wanted models, I got you models."

He walked up to one of the girls and grabbed her long, dirty blonde hair with one hand and started pointing out various traits she had that were considered beautiful among most of society with the other.

"Tall, skinny, and pretty", he said, as though he were reading off a list, "she's got nice, long hair, full lips, and what Lutz calls, 'blow job eyes'"

Flavio shot Luciano a disgusted look before sighing and walking over to a coffee table with a bunch of magazines resting on it's surface. He picked one up and flipped through it idly.

"I've seen it all before. There's just no-", he looked up at the ceiling and gestured in the air, looking for the right word, "diversity."

Luciano cocked an eyebrow and crossed his arms over his chest again, rumpling his maroon t shirt. He didn't feel like dressing up as formally as his older brother since they were just at home and he didn't care about leaving any good impressions with the girls.

"Who cares about that?", he asked, "you got your girls, just use them."

Flavio threw the magazine down and sighed again, running his hands through his bleach blond hair before dragging his hands down his tan face.

"You don't understand", he groaned and glared at his little brother, "Luci-"

"Do not", Luciano pointed at Flavio accusingly, "call me that."

Flavio stormed up to his brother, who was taller by about two inches, and flicked his forehead, that was exposed from the way his auburn hair parted in the middle, hard in annoyance.

Luciano blinked, a confused look in his violet eyes, "What the fuck are you doing?"

"My patience with you is starting to wear thin", Flavio started.

He inhaled deeply and counted to ten in his head with his hands clasped together before exhaling.

"I'm not going to sit here and waste my time explaining to you why these girls are all basic and look the same."

"They don't look the same", Luciano argued.

Flavio stared at him. Luciano looked away in what could almost be expressed as embarrassment.

"They don't all look that alike.."

Flavio crossed his arms and walked past his brother, heading for the stairs.

"Whatever", he started up the steps, the girls all trying to call out to him. They had pleading looks in their eyes, almost as if silently asking for his mercy.

"Oi, are you forgetting about these barbie wannabes?", he shouted at his brother, "what am I supposed to do with them now?"

"Do with them what you will", he said nonchalantly, without even looking back.

And just like that, he shut the door and was gone.
