Chapter 3

The school session end . Nana approach Haera and they go to the cafe .

" Haera , you said you want to say something . What is it ? " . Nana asked . Haera hesitate for awhile . She then just sighed .

" Nana ahh , you know yesterday my family had dinner with their friend . A few hours after that , they told me that I'll married . But they give me one week to think about this " . Nana gasped . " Jinjja ? Who's the boy ? What about Kai ? He's your boyfriend after all " . She claim .

" The boy is Jeon Jungkook " . Haera answer . " Heol " . Then Haera tell her about Kai . Where she saw him with other girl . But she said that she never ask Kai about that . " Haera ahh , you have to ask him . What if he really cheated on you ? " . Haera just sighed .

Then Nana remembered something . " Haera ahh , do you know something about Jungkook ? " . Haera just shook her head .

" This thing I heard from the other student in our school . I don't know whether its true or not but I heard that he don't talk . I mean , he has been mute after an accident but I don't know what is it . I mean he can talk not mute . But they rarely hear his voice " . She explained .

" Jinjja ? I wonder what make him like that " . Haera think . " Keundae , I heard that his classmate make fun of him when he has to do the presentation in front of the class " . She told Haera .

After they spend almost two hours they decided to go home .

*Night*

Haera feel bored at home . Her parent going to their friend party . Her mom had asked her but she refused to go .

Haera decide to go to the park to take a fresh air . She walk and walk until she see a boy sitting on the bench . She approach the boy and found that is Jungkook .

" Annyeong Jungkook , what are you doing here ? " . She asked . Jungkook look at her but then just ignore her . Haera purse her lips . " Can I sit here ? " . Jungkook just nod . The situation become awkward . So , Haera decided to speak .

" Jungkook ahh , can I ask you something ? Why you accept the marriage although you don't know me ? " . Jungkook want to answer but he refused to . Then something hit Haera mentally .

" Jungkook ahh , I know this is weird . But I try to be close to you . I know you are not speaking due to an accident " . Jungkook quickly look at Haera . Haera seems fright . She excused herself from Jungkook .

" W-wait ! " . Haera shocked . She turned back to Jungkook . She see Jungkook were blushing actually . Jungkook gestured her to sit back at the bench .

Haera just shrugged and sit back at the bench . She see Jungkook type something on his phone then show it to Haera .

Sorry for ignoring you . But that is not my intention . The answer for your question is , I just follow my parents . They said that you will take care of me .

Haera just nod .

How did you know that I'm not speaking ?

" Ahhh , about that . Someone told me before . Jungkook ahh , I don't know the answer for this marriage but can we be a friend at least ? " . Haera ask while her eyes darted to his eyes . She took out her hands but Jungkook just stared at it .

He type something again

Are you don't feel ashamed to be friend with someone like me ? I'm like a mute person .

Haera just chuckled . " Jungkook ahh , if I'm being ashamed to be friend with someone like you , I'm not dare to take a close step to you " . Jungkook then took his hand out and Haera shake it . Jungkook just smile showing his cute bunny teeth .

" Awww , Jungkook . You look so cute with that bunny teeth " . She claim . But then she just giggled when she see Jungkook is blushing . Haera decide to go back home .

" C-can I-i , h-home ? " . Jungkook stuttered . Its not because he nervous but because of the accident . Haera don't understand at the first but then she know it and just nod .

Jungkook walk Haera to her home . They having a light chat . But suddenly , Haera stop looking forward . Jungkook follow her gaze .

Haera see , with her eyes . Her boyfriend kissing with other girl . Haera take a deep breath before change the way . Jungkook just follow her .

" A-are y-you o-o-okay ? " . Haera just give him a smile . But its not long . She burst into tears . Jungkook want to comfort her but he hesitate at first . He don't know why but it make his heart ache .

He bring Haera to his embrace letting she cry . After a few minutes , he pulled Haera . He decided to give Haera a piggy back . Without hesitation , Haera ride on his back .

Jungkook don't know this feel but he keep smiling along the way to Haera's house . He still hear a sobbing . But after that , he hear a light snoring . Haera's fall asleep on his back .

When he reach in front of her house , he pressed the button . A few second after that , Mrs Park open the door .

" Omo Jungkook , what bring you here ? " . She asked but Jungkook just show her Haera on his back .

" Aigoo this kid . Can you place her in her room ? " . She show him where is Haera's room . Jungkook slowly put Haera on her bed . He put some strand behind her ears and take a look at Haera . ' she's pretty ' , he thought . Then , Mr. Park come . " Jungkook ahh , thanks for bringing Haera's home " . Jungkook just smile .

" Jungkook ahh , I'd call your mother just now . Its late now , come I show you a room . You'll sleep here " . She claimed . Jungkook just follow her . He doesn't mind to sleep here beside tomorrow its saturday .

*Next morning*

Haera come down to the kitchen . She greet her parents like always . She take a seat at the table . But then Jungkook come in . " Eo ? Jungkook what are you doing here ? ". She asked . Then she feel something on her forehead .

" Ouch , appa . What was that for ". She whined while her hand rub the place that hurt . " Haera ahh , don't you remember last night ? Jungkook bring you home . Aigoo this kid " . Her father nag .

She recall about last night and something hit her . Her expression change . Jungkook see it and he show his phone .

Want to hang out with me ?

Haera read it . " Appa , can I go out with Jungkook after this ? ". She asked . " Okay , but be back before dinner okay ? . Jungkook ahh , I told your parents that we will have dinner here . So after hang out , just come back here okay ? " . Jungkook just nod and give Mr Park a smile .
