Erasers they're supposed to erase our mistakes
But that's not true
There will always be the faint shadow
No matter how persistent you are
It will never go away
Even if you can't see or remember it
It will always be there
Just like our sins
Soap and water won't wash them away
Once something is tainted it will
Never be pure again
