Requested by: Ash_PrestonIt was just another day on her frost covered planet but some strange feeling formed in her stomach making her extra lonely today. She's been alone her whole life! Why is she lonely? Maybe because Bec finally disappeared. Maybe because Grandpa was gone..
Beep beep!
Jade's thoughts were quickly interrupted by her computer. Someone was pestering her! She opened the application, smiling at the red words on the screen.

Yes! Dave's coming! Jade looked down at what she was wearing, immediately cringing. It was so bright and silly! She didn't have to impress him but... she wanted to look nice for him.
Time for a quick outfit change! Jade's blue dress shifted into a longer black dress that looked like it held all the stars in the universe with green trim. It was beautiful. She shivered and rubbed at her arms. Dave would be here any minute.
Jade decided to begin looking for the frogs, bending down to pick up a blue frog in front of her. Suddenly, she felt eyes on her.
"That's quite the view, Harley." Dave! Jade blushed, picking up the frog before standing straight up to face Dave. Gosh, he looks amazing!
"Hey Dave!" Jade smiled cheekily, holding her arms out for a hug, the frog dangling from her hand. Sorry for making you a third wheel, Mr. Frog. Dave accepted the hug and wrapped his arms around her.
"Ready to go catch some more frogs?"
"Of course!!" Dave let go of Jade and the frog croaked softly.
"Oh! I'm sorry little guy!" She examines the frog to make sure he wasn't hurt.
"Dammit Jade. You're already killing frogs. Savage."
"I didn't kill him! He's okay! Look!" She shoves the frog in Dave's face, it ribbiting.
"Looks dead to me. On the inside that is."
"Oh shut up and help me look!" Jade rolled her eyes, soft chuckles coming from her. She stepped over a log, her dress getting caught a little. Did Dave see? No, good. She looks around until she sees a frog up a tree, the vibrant red color standing out from the green leaves of the tree.
"Dave look! He's stuck! Let's get him."
"Jade, we're both too damn short to even reach the frog."
"Then help me up!" Jade smiled and Dave's stoic face nearly broke into a small smile. He walked over to her and picked her up by the waist, knocking his shades to the side, his red eyes being seen. Jade reached up and grasped the frog gently, bringing it down to her.
"I got it!" Dave set Jade down, holding her by the waist as he stared at her, the shades now fixed. Jade's cheeks tinted a light pink as they both leaned forward. Soon enough, their lips came into contact, both pressing softly against one another. They pulled apart, both of them smiling. Yes, Dave was smiling.
"Wow. Uh, Jade. You're. Uh--" Dave rubbed at the back of his neck, clearly embarrassed. "Did I mention how beautiful you looked today?" Jade giggled and set the frog down, it trying to hop away.
"Thank you, Dave." Jade pecked his cheek before hearing a zap behind her. They both turned to see Bec Noir standing there stained with what seemed to be blood. Jade took her rifle out of her sylladex as Dave took out his sword.
STRIFE!!
Jade fired a few shots at Bec Noir, each bullet flying right by him. He raised his sword up, slashing it down towards Dave. Dave blocked it with his own sword, a grunt coming from him. Suddenly, a few other copies of him appeared, starting to battle as well. Jade took the chance to start shooting at Bec again. Bec started taking out the copies of Dave until the 'real Dave' was left. Bec started glowing green as Jade fired more bullets at him, the bullets seeming to go through him.
"Bad dog, Bec!!" A pained groan came from behind her as she realized what she had done.
"Dave!!" Jade whirled around in time to see Dave drop down to the ground, blood spilling onto the ground beneath him.
Oh. My. God.
She just shot Dave Strider.
Jade kneeled down at his side, tears falling from her eyes.
"Dave, it's going to be okay. I promise." Dave chuckled quietly and coughed, a smirk on his face.
"I didn't think... You would actually.. shoot me." They stayed still as Dave's life slowly drained from him and Bec stood there staring.
"Dave?" No answer.
He's dying. Kiss him.
Jade wiped her face and leaned down, pressing her lips softly to his once again.
