I'm so sick of it. I don't want to hear or see any of it this year. Fortunately this time Valentine's on a Saturday, so I can stay home all day with my curtains closed not having to witness any of the hysteria.
My best friend from high school, Jared, and I, are sitting comfortably on the sofa in my living room, watching a cheesy romantic film. One of those they play on TV for the lonely women that have nothing to do, or nowhere to go on Valentine's.
