It was a more-than normal day at Raging Agencies. First Eiichi stopped teasing you about your crush on a certain salmon-pink haired boy, Kira actually said more than three words to you, and Van stopped flirting with you whenever Nagi walked in.
You just couldn't put your finger on why they were like this.
As you walked into the practice room, everyone went silent and quickly glanced at you then Nagi, then continuing what they were doing after. You were confused on why everyone acknowledged your presence but didn't say hello. You were their composer for heaven's sake! (A/N: did you see what I did there? No? Okay 😥).
"(Nickname)~Chan!" Nagi called out while walking towards you, also snapping you out of your thoughts.
"O-Oh! Hi Nagi~Kun!" You replied with a closed-eye smile.
"Would you like to get some sweets with me?" He asked happily while grabbing both of your hands.
"But I just got here! Don't you think we should work on the new song?"
Nagi pouted, giving you the puppy dog eyes.
"I'm sure a short trip to the sweets shop wouldn't effect us too much, (Y/N)~San." Eiji said suddenly, causing you too jump a bit.
"Fine..." You said sighing.
Nagi expression immeditaly brightened and began dragging you out of the room.
"Let's go then!"
~Time skip~
The walk to the sweet store was oddly quiet considering the fact that you were with Nagi. You also noticed that he still hadn't let go of your hand. You were so focused on the fact that he was holding your hand, you didn't realize that you were already in the sweet shop.
"Which one do you think I should get, (Nickname)~Chan? (Nickname)~Chan? (Nickname)~Chan!!" Nagi yelled waving a hand in front of your face.
"Oh, sorry Nagi~Kun. I was just thinking about something...." You said slightly embarrassed that you didn't hear him.
"Oh okay, now which sweet?" He said holding up two different candies.
'Why must you think about other things other than me right now, (Y/N)?' Nagi thought slightly frowning, but immediately smiled once you pointed to a treat.
"I think you should get this one Nagi~Kun..." The (H/C) composer said while pointing to the pink-packaged candy. "It looks really sweet."
"Yea! Hey (Y/N)?"
You froze. Nagi never called you by your actual name.
"Yes?" You said confused.
"Out of all the sweets I think you're the sweetest." He said smiling as he quickly pecked your nose, then walking off to purchase the sweet leaving you standing there flustered.
