I walked down the halls of my own personal hell, school. Sure things got better since Dan and I started dating, but it still sucked. When I reached my locker, Dodie and Shane walked up to me.
"Did you hear? We get a drama club this year!" Dodie smiled.
"Yeah, and why are you telling me? It's not like I'm gonna join." I joked, closing my locker.
Shane grabbed my arm, "Uh yes you are. I've heard you sing, your like a goddess." Dodie nodded in agreement.
"I don't know guys, are you doing it too?"
"Yeah not only are we doing it, Tyler, Kyle, and Emma are doing it too. Now all we need is you and Dan to do it." Dodie stated.
"Okay I'll do it, but good luck trying to talk Dan into doing it. As long as he hangs out with Chris and PJ, he'll never join."
"We'll see about that." Shane smirked.
Time skip to end of day:
We all walked to the drama room for our first official meeting. Shane said I was right, no matter how much he tried to persuade him, Dan refused to join the drama club.
When we reached the room, we all sat together and waited to meet our teacher. His name was Mr. Sanders, who was a student here a couple of years ago.
"What is up everybody! I'm your drama teacher Mr. Sanders, but please call me Thomas, the whole "Mr." thing makes me feel old."
We all smiled at Thomas. He seemed really sweet and genuine.
"Okay, since this is only our first day, let's just get to know one another. You can state three facts about you along with your name and grade. I'll go first, 1. I am a proud Hufflepuff, 2. I have a freckle behind my ear. 3. I love Disney! Okay who's next?"
Before anyone could speak up, someone burst through the door.
"Sorry I'm late!" a thin, blonde haired man said.
"Class, this is my boyfriend, Jon Cozart, and my assistant."
Jon waved at us and walked up to Thomas, kissing his cheek.
Tyler raised his hand, "Thomas, what musical are we doing?"
"West Side Story."
