(Chapter 8)HIKARI'S PAST P2

HIKARI'S P.O.V

I went home and saw dad was sitting in the living room. Wasn't he at work?

"Hikari! your home already? Is every thing all right?" he asked as he saw me.

"Maybe not," I say as i was holding my tears back.

"What happened?"he asked in a worry tone.

I took off my bag and put it on the sofa and sat beside it facing otousan.

"She came today,"I said and a tear fall from my cheeks

"And then?"

"Then what some one found out and told every one. She....she ....um.... she also went to his house so he knew her," 

"Did he say anything to you?" He asked.

"It all started again" I started crying and my tears wouldn't even stop."Everyone looked at me in disgust, and a classmate also called me a ....call.....call girl."

"How dear she!" dad said and took me in his arms.

"sora is with you right"

"Yeah, she called me from behind but I just came," I said as I pulled off and whipped my tears 

"Stand for your right, don't let anyone take you down because of some random people who don't even care about you."

"I told her to not come in front of me and you, and also shouted at the guy. And it all happened because of sora and you, you both was all way's there for me, told me to stand up for my self."I calmed down and gave a small smile.

"I'm proud of you." he smiled back.

It was night and I was in my bed thinking about my past,

'Why she did that with us? dad loved her so much, he gave her every thing she wanted. Never let tears come in her eyes. Then why? 

Flashback :

It was mom's birthday and she didn't remember so me and dad planed to give her a surprise party. I was in grade 1, I took a holiday from school and dad took a holiday from work. We both acted like I was going to school and otousan to work. We both went to the pastry shop and got the cake, we gave the order of the cake last night so we didn't have to wait.

       We got the cake and left for home. As we reached, dad had a spear key so he opened the door and we went in. Mom wasn't in the living room so we went in her room. We opened the door, "Happy-" we both (me and otousan) stood there staring at what we saw.

She was with a man in her room on the bed with her. She quickly pushed the man and got out of the bed.

"Honey, w-what are you d-doing her? Didn't y-you have w-work?" okasan stuttered.

"I did! but it was....it was your... birthday so we decided..... What did I do to you?" Otousan  voice was cracking. He loved her more then any thing.

"What did I do to deserve all this?" His voice turned soft and it was full with pain. I never saw him like this before.

"I-I......I.... did this f-o-for.... for money," She said.

"For money! Did i not provide you anything you wanted? If you wanted money why didn't you ask me for it?!"

"Because you can't give me what I want! That's why I didn't ask you!" she got angry and yelled at dad.

"You could have asked for it i'd do any thing for you," He said as he started crying.

"I-I loved.....you..more then anything."

"Sorry but I didn't. I got married to you because you were a son of a business men, but you didn't have any interest in it and wanted to be something on your own." she said with a disgust look.

"get out of my house! And never come in front of me again." mother walked to me, held my hand and walked towards the stairs. Dad didn't say anything and just stared at me. He didn't want me to go but he left the decision to me.

I pulled my hand back. They both looked surprise, otousan was surprised but happy, I could see it in his eyes.

"I dont want to go with you!" I yelled at her and ran to dad and hugged his legs. "I want to stay." He pulled me away and picked me up "You want to stay with me?" he asked, I nodded in reply. 

Mother stud there straight. "You heard her, she will stay with me not you, so leave." he tells her and she leaves.

End of flashback.
