Hi, my name is Ella and I am 16 years old. I guess you could say I'm pretty young but I don't know if I should be happy nor sad. I know what your thinking, "Why be sad? You are still young and have much to go." Well let me tell you something that'll completely change your mind.
200 years ago, the world was completely normal and everybody was just livng a normal life until something happened, terrorism. They've decided that maybe dealing drugs, kidnapping, mass destruction, and much more was not enough. They wanted to do so much more to implant fear into the minds of the people and they did.
They did a little research and developed a bio weaponry plague that doesn't kill people, but takes over their mind. Once it takes over your mind, you forget who you were or who you used to be and go homicidal. There is no cure and it is easy to recieve this plague, by scratch, bite, inhaling, and all kinds of ways.
200 years later you'd think it'd get better but no, it didn't. It only got worst after the first incident because the plague had spread and became more powerful. It learned to alter itself and upgrade its powers, meaning many more possibilities just to kill us. Of course, not all of us died though.
Many were killed in the plague or took their own lives because they couldn't handle becoming one of them. The ones that did survive though, came together and formed a new society. We are what's left of the human race and decided that we should take over this plague to survive. Let's just hope we don't die before that can happen.
