Chapter 4

Irene POV

"Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Bae Joohyun aka Irene. I'm friend with Seulgi." I said, introduced myself to our members.

"I'm Seulgi. I bet you already know me." Seulgi said with a smile.

"I don't really know you actually..." Yeri stretched her head awkwardly.

"Haha, it's okay. I know you're new." Seulgi patted her head.

"I'm Wendy Son. I'm Seulgi classmate." Wendy said.

"I'm Sooyoung, you can call me Joy. I'm Yeri's classmate." Joy looked at Yeri.

"I'm Yeri, Kim Yerim. I know Irene unnie because of my brother." Yeri said and chuckled.

"So...Seems like all of us already knew each other before." I said, smiling to fellow members.

Someone knocked the door.

Everyone looked at the door.

"Annyeonghaseyo girls. Done introducing?" One of the judge came in and said.

"Yes." We answered.

"Now, let's suggest a name for the group." The judge walked towards the girls.

"Okay."

"Oh, I almost forgot. I'm Mr Kim. Aka the manager of this group. You can call me Junmyeon. Or Junmyeon oppa. I think you're all younger than me right?" Junmyeon said, pushing his spectacles upwards.

"Ne." We answered.

"Let's take a seat." Junmyeon said, looking at the chairs at the corner.

We went to take the chairs and sat in a circle.

"So, what name do you suggest?" Junmyeon asked.

"Girls 5?" Wendy suggested. "I mean we have 5 members."

"I don't think so. It's not creative." Junmyeon scowled.

"Dream Girls?" Yeri suggested. "We all have a dream to become a talent star right?"

"But I think the industry already taken this name." Junmyeon said, checking his phone.

"How about we cancel the 'girls' in the name?" Seulgi said.

"I think it can be food, things and something not abstract." Joy said.

"Ah, Yeri. What did you eat before the audition this morning?" A thought came up my mind.

"Erm... Red Velvet cupcake?" Yeri said confusedly.

"What about-"

"Red Velvet!" They continued my words.

Junmyeon was kinda shocked. He never heard this before, I think.

"Oh my... You guys are... So creative!" Junmyeon gave us applause.

"Haha!" We laughed at his reaction.

"Okay. Let's just decide this group name." Junmyeon wrote something in his phone.

"Welcome the new girl group, RED VELVET!"

Suga POV

"Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Kim Namjoon. I'm so glad that in this group I already knew Seokjin and Jhope." Namjoon was the first one introduced himself.

"Hello I'm Seokjin. I'm Yoongi's neighbour, Taehyung cousin and Jungkook's basketball teammate." Jin said.

"I'm Yoongi. You can call me Suga. I'm Jin's neighbour." I said. Revealing my tired voice.

"I'm Park Jimin. I'm Taehyung's classmate." The guy beside me said.

"My name is Jhope. I'm your hope! I know Namjoon, he's a great person. Haha!" The guy beside Jimin said in a happy tone.

"I'm Kim Taehyung. I'm brother to Yeri and classmate to Jimin. Seokjin hyung is my cousin." Taehyung said. His voice is deep.

"I'm Jeon Jungkook. Taehyung's sister, Yeri is my deskmate. I'm Jin hyung's teammate." The last one said.

"So we end our introducing. The judge  said we need to give our group a name. So what's on your mind?" Namjoon asked us.

We were sitting in a circle, thinking.

"We can name us something like cool, explosive or powerful." Jhope suggested.

"What if Flower Boys?" I said.

"Flower? It's too soft I think." Jimin said.

"Super Boy? Sounds very childish haha!" Jin said.

"What about... Waterproof Boy?" Jungkook suggested.

"Ah, I know. Bulletproof Boy." Taehyung said.

"Bulletproof Boy Scouts." Namjoon said.

"Bangtan Sonyeon Dan?" I asked.

"Exactly!"

"Do you all agree?" Jin asked.

"Agree. This name is cool." Jimin said.

"Bangtan Sonyeon Dan~ Woohoo!" Jungkook cheered.

Jungkook POV

We were going home after a meeting.

Jin hyung was planning to hanging out with Namjoon and Jhope.

I just walked along the corridor and I stopped when I heard someone singing in a room.

I quickly followed the sound and I found myself staring at the person. She closed her eyes when singing.

"We don't talk anymore

She didn't know I already standing in front of her.

I joined her singing.

She opened her eyes and widen her eyes when she noticed me.

I sang when she stopped. She smiled.

"That we don't talk anymore

We sang this together. We harmonized so well.

"Good job huh." She said.

"I never thought your vocal is so good, Yerm." I said.

"You call me what?" She asked.

"Yerm. Your new nickname, Yeri." I smiled.

"Yah, I don't like that name!" Yeri hitted my arm.

"By the way, your voice is so nice. Our vocal can make a good harmony." I said to her.

She looked at me confusedly.

"Are you praising me? Wait. Are you sick?" Yeri put her hand on my forehead.

I felt my heart beated faster.

"Yes. I'm sick." I answered.

"Huh?" She looked at me confusedly.

"I'm sick for you." I said, waiting for her reaction.

"I'm leaving." She quickly grabbed her bag and ran towards the door.

"Haha!" I laughed. She was blushing so hard when I said that.
