Hey all,

Since it's throwback Thursday, I figured I'd share this with my wonderful peeps here on dA.
So back in December of 2012, I hotness my first Wacom drawing tablet. It was either a small or a medium Wacom Intuos 5, Andrew i got it for my fifteenth birthday. Now those of you who were with me was way back then, you all know how cringe my art was. And for some reason, that cringy art and the "anatomy" used in it made me somewhat of a sensation on this platform. That is something I still don't understand how or why that happened, and I don't think I ever will. The picture on the left was my first coloured drawing on my art tablet. It was just some stupid doodle of Ryu that had no substance to it whatsoever and I think it only took me an hour or two.
Fast forward to April of 2016, I was just starting to get into weed culture, thanks to a buddy of mine (no pun intended), and we spent 4/20 together just chillin' and definitely not getting high as a kite. A couple days later, I was on my way home from work, I wasn't working only closing shifts at that point because I couldn't stand the business of the morning shift anymore. So while I was waiting for the bus, I started sketching out the picture on the right. However, it wasn't until June or July that I had finally gotten it finished. Now why did I use a picture from Summer of 2016 in this comparison a son my "new art," well when i put this together last week, I didn't have any main-style digital artwork finished from more recent months as I had just spent six months on and off working on that commission banner. That and school and work meant I didn't have a lot of time to do much else.
