"What happened?"
I remember you asked.
A lone tear dropped.
"Please don't cry, stop."
I wiped the tear.
Then said, "You had an accident."
And "I love you, my dear."
I saw, you're puzzled with my endearment.
"Yes, you and I are together.
You and I belong forever.
We promised that for each other.
Please, please remember."
"You were out for a week.
And I prayed to all Gods, even the Greek.
I waited patiently for your wake.
Because you are worth the wait."
"The doctor said you have an Amnesia.
I asked, could it be cured by Ambrosia?"
You laugh at my lame joke.
"That's a good sign for you had a stroke."
Your eyes widen.
I shook my head, that didn't happen.
Finally you spoke.
But not without a poke.
You smiled and took my breath away.
"What's your name." You asked, smiling.
With that I felt like I'm blown away.
Feeling hard tugs in my heartstrings.
"I won't tell you.
For I want you to discover.
A goal set for you.
I want you to remember."
You smiled, the only smile for me.
"Be my motivation.
My only inspiration.
Consider this, a deal for me."
We shook our hands.
Gentle and not so rough.
I looked over and see our bands.
It's okay, just be tough.
"For some strange reason.
I really trust you."
You said with your confusion.
"But I still don't know what to do."
"Do not worry.
I'm here for you.
You won't be sorry.
Just love me like you do."
"It's hard, I know.
But everything will follow.
I love you, dear.
Please do not fear."
What I said was pure with sincerity.
"A life with you is a bliss of serenity."
I will love you til my last breath.
Nothing can part us except for death.
The time flew fast.
It's already been years.
You are still remembering,
through the years.
Everyday we made a progress.
Reliving our sweet memories.
If any chance, I won't change anything less.
We just grew stronger with symphonies.
"I remember everything now."
I remember you said.
"You are my angel.
In my living hell."
A tear of joy dropped.
"Please don't cry, stop."
That's what you said years ago.
"We had a hard time but you didn't go."
Now here I stood with you.
All of those, now a remembrance.
I'm enjoying the view.
Until you broke my trance.
"I could stand here with you, forever.
I love you so, always remember.
They're waiting, our sons and daughter.
Let's walk now, it might take forever."
I nod and let you take my hand.
I look over to see the bands.
There they are shinier than ever.
"Remember. Together. Forever."
