Ever since Yui Rio was little she always was a bit off, her red hair and red eyes had no resemblance to her parents and she never got along well with other kids. She even blackmailed a kid in her kindergarten class for candy when she was five. The skill of manipulation stayed with her, her entire life. With it was she able to easily control Akademi High school and she didn't even need to show her face to do so. She was a collector, she collected secrets, incriminating photos, answers to tests, and even stuff like rat poison and revolvers. She didn't just accept money through, say you wanted a weapon you would have to take 10 inappropriate (panty shorts) photos of you're classmates to get it. Once she got them she would sell them off to the highest bidder, it was a great business...for her.
