UNEXPECTED LOVE

~~Martha's POV ~~

It was a usual Friday after school my friends and I were in town. We always take the same route all the time, through the cemetery and walk straight down the road "until we hit water" we'll say with a laugh.

So as we were walking I saw my boyfriend (well at least he was my boyfriend at the time, and I sooo wanted to break up with him he was very obnoxious and irritating I don't even remember why I dated him.) Anyways, back to the story. I just happened to turn around and saw him I was really shock it was as if he had been following us for a while now, so I turned around.

" Hey Robert is behind of us" I said with a -wait wtf look on my face-

"Martha you have to be lying" Latrishka said and turned around "oh shit, he's crossing to come over to us...let's go on the other side" she said as we quickly hurried across the road. He might have caught on that we didn't want him following us so he played it cool and went down a nearby ally. We started to laugh at how we thought we looked rushing across the road, it was hilarious.

"I want to use the bathroom" Latrishka blurted out

" Okay let's go down this road and then go and buy ice cream" I said since I was really in the mood for cookies and cream ice cream. We were going to go by my favorite ice cream place to get ice cream.

"Oh shit"blurted out of Lauren's mouth as she quickly turned around walking in the other direction I didn't really bother to turn around because I really wanted my ice cream.

Then Latrishka said "its Robert and he's looking right at us...I advise you not to look up and jus turn around" she said through her teeth as I turned around as if I forgot something. I lost my appetite for the ice cream instantly. Lauren was the only one who still went and bought ice cream.

We began to walk up the road to go to the studio because Latrishka was meeting her boyfriend Ken there. Ken was my Sunday school teacher's brother,I had introduced them to each other like about a year ago and were together ever since. After they ended their convo they kissed,hugged and what not then we left. We were going to follow Latrishka to the bus station because Lauren and I went to the same bus station whilst she went to another. We usually follow her just to keep her a bit of company.

After we had reached our bus station I sat down on the bench, Lauren didn't sit because they weren't any space for her. So I gestured to the boy next to me to ease down a bit and he did. Now Lauren and I were just there talking while we waited for my bus (Lauren and I didn't live together although we were sisters, we had different mothers). While we spoke I just sat there admiring the guy that sat next me eyes.

He had a light brown eyes, black hair that was covered by his red hat, he had on a beige polo shirt and brown pants, he was going to work, and he had a light brown complexion. He was just sooo cute, I think I kinda caught myself drooling over him. I wanted to talk to him so bad.

" let's talk to him" Lauren suggested as she interrupted my thoughts.

"wow! can you read mind or something" I said kind of creeped out "but yeah, let's do it." I was excited but I was sort of scared that he won't reply to us, but I took the chance any.

"hey..." I was the first to break the silence. He looked at me to confirm that it was him I was talking to. "yes am speaking to you." I said whilst waving my hand in front of his face.

"oh... hey" he replied then looking back at his phone.

" What's your name?" Lauren and I asked in harmony. He showed us his name tag, I don't know who told him we could read. He could've simply say it but either way his name was Robert, like my soon to be ex. I turned to Lauren "Omg his name is Robert..." she turned to look at me then high fived me.
