I opened the door and it creaked, causing everyone's gaze to turn to me. "There is a human?! You didn't want to tell me?! Why?"

Mari pov

I was shocked. I knew he might listen in but I didn't think he actually would...... Sans looked like he was going to burst into tears at any moment. "S-sans I.... Didn't want you to go after it. You... You could get hurt. And- GET HURT!! that's your best reason?! I- UGH!!" Sans was crying now. He ran out of the room and house to who knows where. "UNDYNE, KEEP AN EYE ON PAPY!" I yelled while running outside after him. I stopped once I reached small footprints. They were pointed towards the ruins. "Sans. You idiot. You're going to get yourself killed". Tears threatened to leave my eye sockets. I teleported towards the ruins. "Sans!!" I stopped when I looked down and saw dust. "Please don't tell me... The human is a killer..." I had to keep looking. I stopped when I heard something. Crying. I looked over, sans crying while curled up by a tree. "Sans." I slowly walked towards him. "You always keep secrets from me. I-I thought we were a family..." Sans sniffled. "Sans. Would you tell Papyrus of a potentially dangerous thing so he could confront it?" "No." Sans looked into my eyes.

Sans pov

Mari had sympathy shown on her face. "Sans. I didn't tell you because it could endanger you. I don't want to scare you bit I saw dust nearby and the ruin's door was opened." My eye sockets widened. Just then, we heard footprints behind us.
