Chapter 4

Maggie was waking up after passing out cold. But while she was getting up, she noticed that she was chained up to the bed. "What the heck happened?" Maggie asked herself. That was when the door opened which showed Marco. "Oh good. You're awake. I'm so relieved.. I thought I've used too much of Squad Leader Hanji's chloroform. Guess I just used just the right amount. You never really know what chemicals how much to use until you actually use it." Marco laughed.

"What the heck are you-" Maggie was cut off by Marco stopping her from trying to move her arms from the chains. "Hey, hey hey! Calm down! Relax! It's okay! You're here with me now! See? No one's here but me and you." "Marco, why am I chained up to the bed?" Maggie asked which made Marco chuckle and said to her "Silly. I chained you up so you wouldn't run away! Not like you can anyway, though. Even if you ran from here, you wouldn't know where to go." "What do you mean by that? Are we even at-" Maggie was cut off when Marco said to her "I mean that we're not at the Trainee Camp. In fact, we're in the opposite section of Wall Rose from the other trainees. Only forests and plains from miles and miles~. It's beautiful if you think about it. Just us away from everyone. No one to disturb us or talk to us. Nope. Just me and you." "Send me back, Marco." Maggie commanded.

"W-why would I do that?" Marco asked which made Maggie a little ticked off and said, "Well, duh! Because I belong there?" "Oh... is it because of Jean?" Marco asked "Huh?" Maggie asked in confusion. And then Marco continued saying to her "I see the way he looked at you. He liked you. I would know; he and I were 'best friends'.  He couldn't hide his affections from me for long. I know why he so accepting of me, though. He thought I didn't, but no. I knew. He wanted to  get close to you. That's right. He used me to get to you, my girlfriend. And he ALMOST succeeded." "What are you talking about, Marco?" Maggie asked which made him say, "Oh come on, Maggie! You fed into his attention-hogging needs! The way you talk to him and smiled at him whenever you thought I wasn't around?! You didn't think I noticed the way you and him hung out together all the time?! You're MY girlfriend! Not his! MINE!" 

Marco calmed down little. "Well, it doesn't matter now. Jean's in the opposite end of Wall Rose and you're here with me. As it should be. He'll won't come between us anymore... I'll make sure of that. Now...." he said giving her a peck on her right cheek. "I'll be back later~ Keep the bed warm, okay?" "What?! Marco! You can't leave me here! What the heck am I going to do when you're gone?! Marco! MARCO!" Maggie yelled as Marco laughs and leaves her in the room.

'Pellets!' Maggie thought to herself.

HOLY COW! So sorry for not updating guys! I was busy at school. Not to mention there was a glitch in my Wattpad app. So I'm using my laptop. But on the bright side, I'm spending the weekends with my dad. WOO-FOO! :)

I'm going to update after church.
