" Oh my gosh this dress is so you " Levy said and Ezra and Lucy nodded as I turned around for them
" I kinda like this dress it's so pretty " I said as I admire my dress and usually I don't like dresses but this one is right for me.
" Ok now the makeup " Lucy said and I was trying to run but Erza stop me. " Why do I have to it's bad enough that I have to deal with you guys shopping "
" Come on this is not even that bad just trying to make you less you " Levy said
" Hey... what is wrong with me " I said eating chips fast as I can
" sigh forget it " they all said at the same time.
Lucy grabbed her makeup kit and put light makeup on me and some blush while Levy is curling my long ( H/C ) hair. " What about you guys the party starts in the next 20 minutes " I look around them and they laughed so hard.
" Listen honey you are an a lot of work, we could get dressed in 10 minutes because we deal with these stuff " Ezra smiled

At the Party and Gray POV
I was at the ball with my tuxes on like the other guys and I started mingling with Gajeel and Natsu until then I stopped when I saw ( Y/N) was walking down the stairs and everyone is staring at her.
Wow... I whispered as I saw her walking to me with her cute white dress. " Hi " she smiled and I was in shock that she is even talking to me.
" ( N/N ) you look very pretty today " I blushed
" Yeah thank you, hey I like what you wearing , finally you have some clothes on " She giggled.
" And look at you, you acting so-lady- like with the dress " I said
" Yeah very funny... at least I don't punch like one either " she said in a dark whispered as she put her fist close to my face and I hold her fist.
" I know you ( Y/N) even if you put on a dress on doesn't mean you will change " I smile and she her face was red.
" Would you like to dance .... my ( Y/N) " he pull his hand out and I accepted it .
( Y/N) POV
I grabbed his hand and when we was about to dance, I stopped him and he was so surprised that he looked down at me. " G-Gray I c-can't dance ". Soon he instantly pick me up a little that I was facing his face that my feet wasn't on the ground and he spins around the ballroom like we were dancing. " Now you are dancing" he smiles.
" Thank you for everything.... because I really had a good time tonight "
" No problem so you was avoiding me the whole day, was it because of last night, did I did something wrong " he replied as we was still dancing.
" No you didn't... matter of fact you made my first kiss the best thing that ever happened in my life, it's just that we were going so fast and I thought you force for the dare and not for me." I looked down and it's now or ever to tell him
" Gray I- " I got interrupted by Juvia when she tapped his shoulder " Hey can I joined this dance " She smiled and he put me down.
" Um... sure y-you can " I stepped away as I gave them some space to dance. Watching them dancing in the ballroom make it hurt for me and it catches everybody attention.
Why did I come here when I know I couldn't ask him? I thought so then I wanted to check my brother and Lucy.
" Hey Natsu what's up " you said
" Oh nothing... Yo sis I never imagine you in a dress, you kinda look more feminine with your body " he whistles
" Shut up Natsu !!! How was your dance with Gray " she said and I wanted it to never stop but it did .
Gray POV
Dancing with Juvia was not as better than dancing with ( Y/N). Everybody think that we will make a good couple just because she has feelings for me and both of are powers are compatible. But I don't care about that.
As we were dancing Juvia stopped and said " Thanks for the dance, darling but I have to go........ and wait " she turned around and pressed her lips against to mine. She didn't stop until I grabbed her shoulders and pushed her away.
Soon I turned my head and realized that ( Y/N) was there standing there with tears coming down her cheeks. I looked at her in hurt in her eyes and before she let me touch her she ran away.
( Y/N) POV
I ran away out the building and I hear many people calling my name but I just ignore them. Why would he do that ... how much I love him I thought to myself when I finally was at my front door of my house. I lock my door and lean against the door.
Am I afraid of losing to Juvia ?... Or Do Gray have feelings for me I thought but this time, I'm done running away and I must be brave.
