Chapter 1
One day Kate Jay woke up to an unfamiliar sound. The bash of a frying pan. Kate went downstairs in a hurry to see her father lying on the floor , unconscious. To his right was her mother with a frying pan in her hand. When she saw her she pointed at her with her free hand. Kate was in too much shock to move so, she just stood there. Finally she came to her senses and ran up to her room. She took her phone and dialed 911.
The phone beeped and said it has been disconnected. So she laid down. No sooner the lights went out.she heard a blood pitched scream from down the hall.
Then Kates door opened and candy stumbled in all bloody and a big gash in her head.The last words Candy could say were,"Coke is code for....." then there was silence. Kate couldn't help but cry. So she sat there with tears streaming down her cheeks.
