I enter the cafeteria after an exhaustingly long lesson and grabbed my lunch before sitting down at May's and I usual table, in about the middle of the room. I look around to see all the different groups in the room. There's the nerds over in the front corner near the door, the classic jocks off to the back along with the stereotypical Queen b's also know as the Queen Bitches of the school, Stella being number one.

I don't classify as any of them though. I'm off with the group that doesn't belong to anything, the ones who are only at school because they want to go to college.

As I look around the room I see that Landon is staring me down. But before I can look away I'm interrupted by May, who just dumps her lunch abruptly onto the table followed by her boyfriend, Carter.

"You'll never believe who I have as a teacher!" May huffs angrily.

"Mr Andrews?" I say turning to face her. She has always hated him since she came to this school. It's like a mutual grudge. She doesn't listen, he doesn't have to talk to her. He gives her a pass at the end of the year then she doesn't have to repeat the year and do his algebra class again.

"Yes, I thought I was done dealing with his shit, but now I have to spend my last year of school with him as a teacher."

"At least you don't have Mrs Fitts! That teacher scares the daylights out of me." Carter says downing his sandwich. May and I nod our heads in agreement. That lady is bat-shit crazy.

"Ok well anyway, so after school, we can go to the mall because I know for a fact that you don't have any clothes, then you can come back to my place and we can get ready and then Carter's going to meet us at the party." May is a in between girl, she popular but she still aces school - minus maths - but would still rather hang out with me then any of the other girls. That's what I like about her.

"Ok, then we'll have to take my car cause I drove to school."

"Yeah that's fine" May happily says letting out a little squeal before turning to Carter to talk to him. I get lost in my thoughts while eating my lunch. Something at the back of my mind was bugging me, something kinda important which I've forgotten. Before I know it the bell rings and it's time to go to the hell that awaits me in science.

As I walk into the class, almost no ones in there so I decide to take a seat in the middle towards the side.

Within a minute, almost everyone in here. Which made me think that I wouldn't have to be in the awkward situation of having someone I don't know sitting next to me. But the fates are against me today because, at that moment, Landon walks in on his high horse. All the females in the room swoon down to his feet begging for him to sit next to them, a couple even fainted. It was like everything in the room focused on him.

I'm just kidding, he walks in just like everyone else in this room. But I probably wouldn't be lying when I say that most the girls would be wishing that he'd sit next to them. To be honest I really didn't want him sitting next to me after this morning. It was so embarrassing.
