Previously on A Thousand Years

"Is there a cure for a ex-queens bite?" Lillian asked him, he nodded his head and looked at the boy.
"The bite of a new one" he whispered "but only if you know that he can take it."

"How can we know that?" Carlisle asked him, Carter sighed and sat down.

"My mother was a banshee, she could tell who died and who was going to die. So when Lillian screamed I knew that she is also a banshee" Lillian raised an eyebrow.

"Really?" She asked her father who nodded "your a hybrid of a banshee and werewolf" he said and Lillian looked at Seth.

"The only reason that he is on that bed is because of my jealous mother, I can't sense that he will die but I will not let him suffer."

"Take a bit" Carter said and Lillian gave him a 'shut up' face, Lillian hit into Seth's arm, nothing happened.

Until.......

His eyes were bright golden, Carter got up off his seat. "Amazing" he whistled, Lillian ignored her father and moved closer to the wolf.

"Seth? Seth can you hear me?" Lillian asked the boy who nodded his head slowly. Lillian smiled, she turned to her father.

"How can we stop him from having golden glowing eyes?" Carter laughed "Lillian you just picked your Beta, only you can make him stop" Lillian hit her father and turned to Seth.

Then she felt her eyes turn, and she looked straight into Seth's eyes. "Seth, you don't have to be afraid. I'm right here" Lillian said to her Beta who looked at her.

His eyes slowly turned back to his original colour, and he collapsed on the bed. Lillian sighed in relief that Seth was alright.

"Why didn't you tell me that I was going to pick Seth as a Beta? He's too young to be a Beta!" Lillian screamed at her father who flew out the window.

Carlisle and Lillian rushed to see if Carter was still alive. "I'm good" he said and put his head back on the soft grass.

Lillian laughed "don't piss me off Carlisle because I want you here beside me and not dead" Carlisle pulled Lillian closer to him.

He kissed her nose "deal,  now who is going to help your father who just passed out on our grass?" Carlisle and Lillian smirked.

"Emmett!" Lillian shouted and he came into Carlisles office "yea?" He asked the wolf "can you get my father?" She asked him, Emmett had a smirk on his face.

"Of course" he said and Lillian laughed.

It was around one in the morning and Lillian couldn't sleep, she tossed and turned but she felt like something was going to happen.

She rubbed her stomach and Lillian felt a kick, it was a light kick but then it started to get stronger. "C-Carlisle!" She yelled and whimpered in pain.

Carlisle rushed in, he saw Lillian and rushed her down to his office, he went into another room and placed her on the table.

"O god why is she kicking like that?" Lillian gasped out "she has royal blood Lillian, so she's stronger" Lillian nodded her head and wrapped her arms around her bump.

The pain was unbearable and Lillian passed out from it, Carlisle sighed and kissed Lillian on the forehead.

"I'm sorry."

Then she woke up again, screaming and crying.

"Come on Li, one more push" Carlisle said and Lillian growled "don't tell me-" then another contraction hit her.

Eight hours, it had took eight long hours for Esmeralda Rose Cullen to come.

Carlisle passed his daughter to his wife, Esmeralda cried as Lillian laughed but she was astonished.

"Shh, I'm here, I'm here" she whispered into Esmeralda's ear, Lillian started bouncing Esmeralda up and down.

Carlisle smiled at the two, Lillian looked up at her husband, "do you want to hold her?" She asked him gently.

Carlisle looked down at Esmeralda, he didn't want to hurt her "come on Carlisle, you won't hurt her"  Carlisle then went over to Lillian's side and took Es.

He held her gently in his cold arms, she was warm. He chuckled to himself "as warm as her mother" he thought to himself.

Edward chuckled when he heard Carlisle say 'as warm as her mother', it was quite in the Cullen home.

There was a knock on the front door, Jasper got up and went to check, then he came back with a note.

Be careful dear Lilliana, I will be watching you. Esmeralda is such a beautiful baby, such a pity that I will have to kill her at such a young age.

Jasper rushed to Carlisles office, he smiled sheepishly "sorry to disturb but Lillian you need to read this."

Jasper handed her the note. Lillian read it over and over again, she growled each time her mother said she would have to kill Esmeralda.

Lillian then handed the note to Carlisle, he was surprised that she gave him the note and he carefully read the note.

"Li, we have tonne smart about this" Carlisle said and Lillian nodded her head, "I know, Jasper I want everyone training, I know it might seem much but if anything happens to any of you's I might just go on a tiny rampage and kill her myself and I have to call Sam" Jasper nodded his head and walked out of the room.

Lillian sighed and held Esmeralda closer to her, "where is uncle Tom and dad?" Lillian asked Carlisle smiled.

"There getting stuff for Esmeralda" he answered, Lillian pouted and Carlisle laughed at her. "Did anyone tell you that Lilliana is a beautiful name?" Carlisle asked his wife.

"I only took out the last a, but no. No one has ever told me that my name was beautiful" Lillian leaned closer to Carlisle.

"And I'm glad that your the first" she kissed him and then Esmeralda cried, Carlisle and Lillian pulled away but they couldn't help but laugh at Esmeralda.

"Lillian are you in h-"

And then they were met with gold eyes.
