"I look fat, I need to lose weight"

"I wish I could be as pretty as them"

"they are so cool, I wish i was like them"

"my thighs are huge, not like their thighs"

"I wish my hair was pretty and stylish like theirs is"

"I wish that I had better fashion sense"

... These are all things people think about themselves daily, they think they need to change. They are wrong. Humans are supposed to be different from one another. What we all need is CONFIDENCE!

Confidence is key. If you believe in yourself and forget about any imperfections you are likely to have a happy life.

A perfect human does not exist. Everyone will hate something about themselves. It is time that we celebrate ourselves rather than put ourselves down.

If you ever have a really low self esteem day, please compliment another person. Not only will this make you feel a bit better about yourself, you could make their bad day better. It only takes a few words, for someone's happiness level to go from 10 to 100.

If you take pride in who you are, what you look like and what interests you, your life is likely to be far better than if you were self conscious about your life details.

Also remember that when another person comments on something you hate about yourself, they have things they hate about themselves as well. Try to go through life throwing compliments, not insults.

If you feel that you are a good person, you are more likely to be one.

There is no such thing as perfect. Everyone and everything has imperfections.

Love yourself. Love others. Be confident.
