9. What has changed?

You walk behind chains, trying to figure out how you would get back. All you came for was to save Jeff, but you learnt more and had to think quickly. Chains turns around and gives you a thumbs up and you give her a faint smile and a thumbs up back. You could hear Stitches and Puzzled laughing, even though she was nice there was something about her that made you weary...how she just acted so normal about giving up Jeff and how she would help with no payment. It felt as if Stitches had ditched Chains and you, and that there was no point of you being here if Puzzled is back. All of a sudden Puzzled is next to you and the other two is still walking. "Listen up bitch...I don't know who you think you are but as soon as they free Jeff, he is gonna come running straight back to me" Puzzled smirks. Your blood begins to boil as her eyes stare at Stitches. "And so will those two..." Puzzled says. You keep walking, ignoring her harsh words. Soon Stitches begins to cough up blood and you race over to her. She tries to get away from you as Puzzled giggles. Chains races towards you but gets thrown against the stone wall. "Stitches, you gotta trust me" You say as Puzzled walks slowly towards you. She has a giant smile on her face, her eyes green and red. Envy and Hatred. "You want to save Jeff...no chance darling" Puzzled says and you feel it getting harder to breathe. Your eyes widen as Stitches begins to pull out her machete. You see her nod at you and shakily try to get up. "Why?" Chains asks. "WHY! YOU THINK I EVER WANTED THIS LIFE? I WANTED TO BE HAPPY...I wanted to be somebody" Puzzled says, tears falling down her face while she is still smiling. She looks at me. "All I ever wanted was to be...not this, you do understand C/N (Creepypasta name) don't you" She says. "I shouldn't have said yes" Puzzled says. "Yes to what?" You asked, glancing as Stitches leans against the wall while stood up, blood dripping from her mouth. "Joining Zalgo darling...oh how it makes my job harder, right Stitch?" Puzzled says, grabbing you and putting a hand around your neck. She keeps eye contact with you, as she tightens her grip. "Put down the weapon Stitches or the little wannabe will die" Puzzled says. You pull out Jeff's knife from your pocket and smile as it becomes to hard to breathe and slash Puzzled's hand. She lets go of your neck as you race over to Chains and look at Stitches. "COME ON" You yell as she races up the wall, trying to dodge Puzzled. "We have got to go Chains" You say. Chains screams as you see  Puzzled holding a bow and arrow, aiming at Stitches. "Stitches, we had a long run didn't we?" Puzzled says with a smile. You hug Chains and race over to Stitches, just as Puzzled let the arrow go. You see Stitches begin to move but you get there in time to push her to the floor, and feel a pain in your leg. Stitches looks at your leg and smiles, as Chains grabs you both and teleports.

You end up in another tunnel, it was lit by old fashioned torches. Chains races off to go find out which way we should go. I see Stitches smiling still, and pulling out a first aid kid. She begins to pull, more like yank the arrow out of your leg. "You're lucky it didn't go to far in" She says. You roll your eyes. "Why the hell are you smiling?" You ask her and she chuckles. "Because little miss bitch decided to save me, and I find that sweet that you give a shit about someone other than smiley" She says. "It's what felt right...and you did save me from drowning so we are even" You say as she begins to bandage the wound. "You're an idiot for saving me" Stitches says. "I didn't want Chains, Toby or anyone crying over you dying if it could've been prevented" You say and she shrugs. "Still an idiot" She says. "And you're still a bitch, now can you finish fixing my leg so we can go and you know...get Jeff before he dies" You say. "Still don't like him" Stitches says. Stitches help you up as you lean against her for support. "Keep hold of me ok" Stitches says as she begins to walk and you hop on your unwounded leg. You hear shouting and Stitches looks angry, protective and you see a shimmer of sadness in her eyes. She moves faster as you hop faster. You see Chains running up to you. "J-Jeff" Chains says, out of breath. You hop faster and Stitches sighs. "Oi rabbit girl, calm down" Stitches says and you punch her shoulder gently. Chains races ahead, showing you guys the way and you end up at a large, circular room. It's too dark to see anything but Chains seems certain Jeff is in here. I hear laughter and it's not Jeff's. The lights turn on to see Jeff chained up to a wall, bloody and barely breathing. It also shows Puzzled with a giant smirk, Nina with her stupid smile and a table full of keys and traps. Jeff looks straight at you and begins to struggle in his restraints. Puzzled smiles and clicks her fingers. "You want him, you need the key" Puzzled says. "Oh, and did I mention get past Nina and me" Puzzled says with a smirk. Chains smiles and puts her chains as if they were whips and Stitches pulls out her machete. "Bitch, get the key and free Jeff...and don't get hurt" Stitches says with a smile as she charges towards Puzzled and Chains gives you a thumbs up as she walks towards Nina. You race out and pull the table next to Jeff. "Mind helping me find the keys?" you ask.
