- sunday, 14th of february -

yeonmi woke up in a pretty unusual place, her back hurts, her neck hurts, pretty much what torture feels like.

she looked around and realization hit her that she's not in her room, she's in the living room, lying on the couch.

oh yeah, i took a midnight snack and ended up sleeping here, yeonmi recalled her memories of last night when she cooked instant ramen for herself.

she sat up and went straight to her room, she took a comb and brushed her hair. she tied her hair into a bun and went out to her sister's room.

"sis! you awake?", she knocked on the door thrice. the door soon opened revealing a messy-haired hyonbi to stand before her.

"what?", hyonbi asked as she rubbed her sleepy eyes and yawned, "what time is it?"

"um", yeonmi took a quick glance to the clock, "it's currently 9 o'clo-"

"holy shitake mushrooms! i overslept again!", hyonbi half-shouted while ruffling her hair, "you. go get ready! now!"

"wtf is going on?", yeonmi asked, unclear of the situation that her sister's talking about.

"have you forgotten? gosh, you're such a grandma", hyonbi said as she grabbed yeonmi's shoulders, "we promised yoongi and jimin to meet up right?"

that's when realization hit her, "oh yeah! i-i'll go get ready now yeah?"

both of them did their own thing, minding their own business. yeonmi took less time to get ready since she didn't really wear any make up or jewelries, while on the other hand, hyonbi took a tad bit longer since she applied a little bit of make up and wore her favorite choker.

"so, where are we meeting them again?", yeonmi asked while waiting for her sister to finish up.

"i swear you're such a grandma yeonmi, we're meeting them at the park!", hyonbi said while rushing towards the fridge to grab a banana.

she quickly munched it down and took her shoes, "gurl, calm down. it's not like we're gonna be late anyways", yeonmi said as she took her time to eat her apple that she took earlier.

"gurl, look at the time", hyonbi said sternly as yeonmi looked around to find a clock, "use your phone for freaking sake yeonmi."

oh yeah right, yeonmi fished out her phone and looked at the time, 9:37 AM.

"um, is still around 30 minutes more till' 10 AM-"

"nah it's okay, now stop talking and start wearing your shoes."

"geez geez okay", yeonmi raised her hands up telling that she surrendered, she took her shoes and slipped her feet into it. it literally took her only 10 seconds to wear her shoes, meanwhile hyonbi is still tying up her shoes.

"and that's why, sis, you don't wear shoes with shoelaces", yeonmi said jokingly while hyonbi sent a glare at her, "hey hey, kidding! you look great on those shoes."

hyonbi sent a small smile to her little sister and the both of them went off, "wait! i forgot my wallet!"

yeonmi rushed back inside while hyonbi waited for her, she sighed, "dang yeonmi."

soon, yeonmi got her wallet with her and they're ready to go, "don't you think it's too early? i mean, look, it's still 9:47 freaking A-"

"shut up and start walking yeonmi", hyonbi scolded while yeonmi just rolled her eyes, "okay fine fine."

it took them around 5 minutes to reach the park, and as hyonbi expected, the boys are there already, "see? i told you we're not too early."

hyonbi ran towards jimin and hugged him from behind, causing him to jump a bit, "oh shit- hyonbi! do you have to scare me like that?"

"where's yeonmi?", yoongi asked causing jimin to smirk, "ayee, hyung's searching for her-"

"i'm right here?", yeonmi appeared to the image, it came out more like a question since she's beside yoongi.

"oh god- you scared me orange!", yoongi ruffled yeonmi's hair.

"wait orange?", hyonbi asked, confused, "yeah, we made nicknames for ourselves, i call her orange, and she calls me mint. i don't know how we got those nicknames but- yeah", yoongi replied confidently.

"because orange's the best colour that's why", yeonmi replied. "no, mint's the best", yoongi retorted while crossing his arms.

"yeah right whatever mint", yeonmi gave up as she looked around the park to find somewhere to play.

ever since she was a small girl, she loved playgrounds, especially the ones that provide swings. no one really knows about this except for her sister, she decided to keep it as a secret because she would always feel weak whenever someone else knows about it.

she hated it when someone says, "no you're too old for that." she believes that age doesn't always matter, people can still have fun doing what they like, even if it includes jumping around and playing like a 5-year-old kid.

her eyes sparkled as she saw a nearby playground, she looked over to her sister who's talking to jimin. she begged for her to make eye contact with her so that she could ask permission through their special "eye language".

however, in this condition, right now, isn't always the best idea to play around. she gave up and decided to talk to yoongi, or you can say, mint.

"mint, you wanna go first?", yeonmi asked while yoongi kept on looking at the couple in front of him.

"don't you think we have to wait for them until they're done flirting with each other?", yoongi sighed as he witnessed the jimin and hyonbi literally pinching each other's cheeks.

"i bet you they won't stop unless you stop them", yeonmi said as she walked towards the couple, "sis, i'm hungry let's go and eat, and please is it really the time to flirt? right now?"

"aigoo, just tell me you're jealous for not having a boyfriend yeonmi", hyonbi chuckled. she stood up, dragging jimin along with her, "c'mon let's go! sorry for keeping you guys waiting."

"finally", yoongi mumbled as he sighed in relief.

"finally!", jimin chirped as he clasped his hands together, "we're here!"

the 4 of them entered the gates to the mall without any hesitation, yoongi looked around the mall in awe with his mouth opened.

"i-is this what malls look like?", yoongi asked out of the blue, making them stare at him.

"o-oh, s-sorry, it's just that.. i've never been to a mall before", yoongi looked down feeling embarrassed. he felt a hand gently patting him on the back.

"it's okay mint, i feel the same thing when i first entered this mall yesterday", yeonmi looked at him with a genuine smile on her face.

yoongi nodded and looked over to jimin, "so, let's go?", jimin asked.

"yeah sure!", yoongi replied with excitement in his voice.

they walked around the mall for a good 5-10 minutes, finding for food, looking around the shops, and buying a few stuffs for memories. until hyonbi found something.

"yeonmi?", hyonbi called our to her sister and yeonmi replied with a hum, "isn't that wonseol and hani?"

yeonmi looked towards the direction her sister's pointing to.

oh god, why the fck do i have to meet them now?
