Love gone bad

Chapter 1

I couldn't believe it. I was leaving everything I knew and loved behind. My mom and dad were getting a divorce and even I knew it was gonna be a nasty one. All my life my dad treated my mom and I like nothing and he decides to leave us both. My mom was a gentle person who deserves the world and since she knows it's gonna be a bad divorce she's send me to live with my aunt and uncle.

"Mom please I can't go." I said trying to hold back my tears. "Honey please, don't make this harder then it has to be." I could tell in her voice that this was hard for her too. I was her only child and she was letting me go. She hugged me tight and I couldn't hold back my tears. This would the first time I was leaving my mom.

"Mom you need me here. You need me here to support you." I said. I looked down as I felt a tear roll down my face. She picked my head up, whipped away my tear and smiled at me and said "Lizette, you are a strong girl. But I need you to finish school and not be involved in this divorce." I hugged her again "I love you mom." "I love you too babe now go catch your flight say hi to aunt Denise and uncle Tim for me" she smiled at me and I smiled back. I got my bags and headed towards my plane.

When I got on the plane all I could think about was my mom. My dad was never there for me and didn't care much about me. But my mom was right I had to focus on school and try to make better friends since my olds on we're no help and always got me in trouble.

Finally I made it to Gorge Bay. When I got off the plane I looked for my aunt and uncle. It's been awhile since I seen them so I forgot what they look like. "Lizette!" Said a loud voice. I quickly turned around and there was my aunt and uncle. "Lizette sweetie!" Said my aunt as she hugged me. "You look just like your mother" and she was right the only thing that I had of my dad's was his eyes. His dark blue eyes and I had my mom's kinda dark skin and brown hair. "Welcome to Gorge Bay Liz." Said my uncle Tim as he hugged me "I got your bags lets go home" I was kinda excited to see my aunt and uncle but I was kinda home sick. I felt butterflies in my stomach

"Welcome home Lizette" said my aunt but this was no home it was a mansion. I have forgotten my aunt and uncle were rich. Uncle Tim was a part of the navy and aunt Denise was a lawyer. I got my bags out of the car and headed inside. The house was beautiful. It had kinda a country style." This way Lizette" said my aunt I followed her upstairs and to my new room. We walked in and my room was huge. "OMG! I get my own bathroom." I said with excitement i ran into the bathroom and started look around. "Yes you every girl deserves there own bathroom" said Uncle Tim as he laughed "Now I know that you know that me and your aunt aren't well taught parents since we don't have kids of are own but I will do my best to try." "Uncle Tim I know that you guys are gonna be great parents to me" I said with a smile. I gave him a hug and it seem like he wanted to cry. "Now lets go eat dinner then come back and finish unpacking" he said as he was walking out the door

For the rest of the night I reconnected with my aunt and uncle. I told them everything that has happened to me, which sadly wasn't a lot. Finally I finished unpacking and I flopped on my bed just laying on there only with my thoughts about starting at my new school. The bed was so soft and comfortable it only took me seconds to fall into my deep sleep.
