Chapter Two

Living with her brother & Trina was very different. Even though she like it, she had missed her father. There wasn't a day that went by she didn't think of him. It was even crazier because AJ looked just like their dad, so it was hard not to.

The first year was pretty hard without her dad being around but Trina really helped. Even though she wasn't her birth mom, she has always seen her as her mother. Honesty Trina didn't mind. She loved the thought of finally having a daughter.

You may be thinking where is Lynice's mom. Well honestly nobody knew, not at first anyways. Her mothers name was Lilly & while in early stages of being pregnant with Lynice, Alex found out her mother had been messing around with another man. He decided to leave it alone until the time was right. The day he discovered she was stepping out on him he went to the only person he really trusted, Trina. After telling her that his child with her may not have been his, she did what she does best. Let's just say that Lynice wasn't the only bun in the oven baking, after that night.

Like I said before Trina was down for Alex & she had been since middle school. So before any of you are quick to judge her for still loving somebody that stay fucking up, put yourself in her shoes. She has known nothing but Alex. They had AJ right before her sixteenth birthday. Her parent had no problem with her having a kid, well not after he was already born, but it was too late. She had already made her mind up. So after she turned sixteen she got emancipated, got an apartment and a job.

She wasn't made like other females either. She was independent & she wanted to be out on her own, she felt like since she wanted to be grown it was time to be grown. So after a year it was just the three of them. For the next couple of years while Alex made his way to the top she was behind the scene counting all the cash and making sure that he didn't make any dumb moves. Anyone that knows her could tell you she really loved him.

Now lets get back to Lilly. At first she was this quiet shy girl, but after Alex got her into his bed she was a whole other person. She thought she was tough but in reality she was no harder than angel soft toilet paper. When word had got around that Trina was pregnant she flipped out. She tried to confront Alex about it and he was not happy about it. The only thing stopping him from hurting her was that she was pregnant. He told her that he knew about her other dude and that she wasn't allowed to see him again. He kept her in the house with no phone, and had a few of his workers watch her when he left the house.

One night Lilly snuck out and made her way to Trina's house. She would be damned if she thought this baby would make Alex want her back. She had to make sure that she knew that. When she made it to her house, she threw a rock threw her front window and waited for somebody to respond. A few minuets later Trina's curvy silhouette stood in a now open front door.

Lilly hesitated at first but soon rushed from where she was standing to where Trina was. "Listen here bitch Alex is mines. Nothing will keep us from being together not you, not you're ugly ass so-" before she could even finish her sentence Trina's fist had connected with her right jaw making her stumble back. She put her hand on her cheek in disbelief of what just happened.

Trina pulled her hair back making her look at her "Say something else about my kid again and I will end your life. You better be lucky I only punched you, next time it'll be worse" she let her go pushing her way. "And trust me, you're just borrowing my dick he will always be mines" she says in a calm tone turning away.

Big mistake, as soon and her back was turned Lilly attacked her. The two woman instantly began fighting. Outside on the ground Trina was straddling on top of Lilly punching her non stop in the face. Lilly soon became weak and slowly stop fight back, before she completely blacked out Trina was pulled off of her.

Trina found herself in a very familiar pair of arms. The fragrance of Axe & weed filled her nose while a deep voice whispered sweet things in her ears. Alex was holding her gently stroking her hair trying to calm her down. As she became calm her body sank into his and her breath started to ease up. Their sweet & loving moment was interrupted by Trina's screams. Alex looked down at her, she started coughing up blood & was holding her stomach.

He pulled out his phone and called one of his boys and told him he needed him to come get Lilly and take her to the hospital while he rushed Trina there. All of the movement & stress had induced Trina into having a premature labor. She was only in her second trimester a this was very dangerous for the baby. There was a very good chance that the baby wouldn't survive.

They also had to induce Lilly because she was currently unconscious and they couldn't find the babies heart beat. After two hours both babies had been born and were in the nursery inside of incubators. They were trying to stabilize both babies and make sure that they were going to be okay.

Another hour went by before the doctor had pulled Alex aside and told him that things were not looking good for their baby girl. There was really nothing they could do but keep her in the incubator and just wait it out. He made sure he payed the doctors some good money to do anything they could, he wasn't ready to depart from his baby just yet.

In the moment of thinking about losing one child he decided to go check on both of them. When he walked in his heart almost stopped. He wasn't one to cry buy he shed a tear. he sat in between the two and talked to them for twenty minutes before one of the babies heart monitor started beating rapidly.

Alex was pushed out the room as all the nurses & doctors began to try to discover what was the cause for the baby's heart-rate to change so sudden. Only moments went by before they baby completely flat lined. Alex wasn't sure how to feel. But all he knew was that he had to be with Trina. He made sure to let the doctors know that he would let her know about the baby.

When he got back to her room she was sleep and he didn't want to bother her so he sat in the chair next to her bed and watched her. Before he knew it a tear run down his cheek. He felt as if this was all his fault.

It was like Trina could sense his pain, she instantly woke up and grabbed his hand. She already knew what had happened just by the tears on his face. They both were strong but seeing either of them upset really stirred up some crazy emotions.

A week had pasted since the accident, Trina & Lilly had been released from the hospital. Lynice was still in the hospital being watched by doctors at all time.
