"Why did you pull me away like that" I said referring to her running off while Kelly's fine ass was talking to us. "I don't know I just felt awkward and had nothing to say, plus he winked and smiled I got flustered... Ugh" I watched Britt ramble on when it hit me. "Ugh omg you like him" I start laughing, "Ugh no I don't he not even my type" Britt yells. "Yes you do, yes you do it's okay Britt every girl likes him he's perfect." I tell her as we walk into Mrs. Baxter's calculus class. "But I don't wanna like him ... He probably doesn't even know me and now probably hates me after I messed up his clothes" Britt says. "Ugh chill Britt, you're very pretty maybe you would notice if you pulled your head out of a book every once in a while and did something with yourself" Britt just scoffed and rolled her eyes from my comment. I hate being mean to Britt but hearing her talk down about herself can be very annoying like she is gorgeous. Why can't we be know as the smart bad as shit best friends and not the freakin genius twins. Ugh like who came up with that name anyway ... Probably the dumbass who started rumors making me known as HOT SHOT. I just shuffled up my feelings and turned around in my desk because class was about to start and I really need to maintain my 98 average if I wanted to be considered in the running for valedictorian like Britt.

Later in the day

Britt's Pov

After 4th period I ran to the bathroom before lunch because my mom wanted to FaceTime.
** Phone Convo: *** (MD= mom dukes and B=Britt)
MD- Hey Britt Brat how you doing just checking to make sure you made it to school on time and you were okay gorgeous
B- Ohh thanks mom but I'm fine I did wake up a little late but I made it to school on time
MD - okay that's good ... What were your plans for today?
B - Nothing me and Indi are going to chill after school and maybe study
MD- that's it ... Ugh how about you guys go to the mall or something it's Friday maybe you can find a party or something... Shoot throw one for all I care
B- wow mom you're making it seem like I have no life
MD- Baby Girl you don't ** straight face **
B- I do but are you telling me to throw a party lol
--- "Party" India bust into the bathroom------
MD- yes you and Britt are throwing a party tonight at the house no if ands or buts
India - Yessssss Ms. Steward you lit
MD- I know , but after school go to the house put out the spare key for Steph (Mrs. Stewards assistant) and then take your butts to the mall and grab some cute outfits
B- MOM NOOOO
MD- ugh little girl yes .. I told you to do something and if I come home and find you waisted my money there will be a problem
India - okay Mrs.Steward we will have a blast
MD- I know you will India but make sure my Peanut BRITTle turns up
*** Britt scoffs and rolls her eyes***
India - okay
MD - love you Britt I have to get to a meeting and start on your party
B- bye mom love you too

After the conversation with my mom India and I walked out of the bathroom and went to lunch. While in the cafe India and I sat at our usual table and felt an awkward presence, when we looked up we were faced with D'angelo and Brandon sitting across from us. "Umm how may we help you" India said.
D'angelo - not both of you just you beautiful
Britt- excuse me
D'angelo - ohh nothing against you I just wanted a chance to get to talk to one of the most baddest girls in school
India - ugh (rolls eyes) Britt laughs
India - anyways wsup ... Why are you really sitting here what you need homework help or something
D'angelo - ugh no what I look stupid or something
Brandon - do you want the real answer or the nice one?
India burst out laughing
D'angelo - man whatever I know this shit wasn't worth it anyway ... She's too much of hot Shot for my attention anyway --- D'angelo walks away pissed
*** Just then Kelly comes to sit and join them
Kelly- yo what we doing over here
Brandon- oh nothing D'angelo thought it would be smooth to come sit over here so he could spit game to India but ended up insulting her and Britt
Kelly - Britt ... Who the hell is Britt?
** Britt began to cough out of shock from him not knowing who she even was after this morning **
Kelly- ohh my bad I remember you ... Your the clumsy girl from this morning
Britt puts her head down from the way he describes her
Kelly- so anyway where his dumbass go  after he got played?
Brandon- I don't even know dawg
Kelly - so what we still sitting here with them for?
Brandon - oh because I wanted to stay and eat with the girl with the pretty smile
Kelly begins to laugh at how corny Brandon just became
Kelly- wow hahaha you must be really feeling India
Britt - Ugh how rude how do you know it's not me?
Kelly - trust me it's not he laughs and walks away

Britt begins to tear up and get frustrated, out of rage she marches over to Kelly and smacks her hand on the table in front of him
Kelly- what
Britt - I don't appreciate how you talked to me over there
Mia - so what you better be lucky he even looked or spoke to your pathetic looking ass after this morning
Kelly- chill Mia
Mia- no she's pushing her boundaries talking to you and I'm sick of it
Britt- I could have sworn I was talking to Kelly and not his pathetic shadow
Mia - Shadow , bitch you wish you looked like me
Britt - for what , I wouldn't wish that on my greatest enemy OPPS wait you already look like that
** Kelly burst out laughing
Soon Mia and Britts argument began to draw a crowd
After 15 mins of back and fourth Mia stood up to swing at Britt
Britt dodged her hit and Mia fell forward hitting the floor
Once everyone began to laugh India ran over grabbing Britts arm screaming "the Champ is here". Everyone began to laugh harder which caused Mia to storm out from embarrassment.  Once the laughter died down Britt still felt an emotional high and screamed "I'm having a party." Everyone looked at her shocked Andy confused until India stood up on a table and yelled "you heard her were throwing  party tonight-- yea the genius twins HOT SHOT and CHAMP  10:30 at 6237 Anderson Lane be there or miss out."
With that India hopped down and grabbed Britts hand a walked out. When they reached the hallway they just stood back and looked at each other in shock and said
