So I've got an idea to solve this Employees offline for Weeks(Emily)Problem.
Why not make a AttentionNotebook/LeaveNoteBook and anyone who won't be online can inform it there!
Employees does have their own life and personal works as well,they have studies,works,problems and etc etc so some of them may need rest or time for themselves,so creating an AttentionBook/LeaveNoteBook for them to inform before going offline is might be the solution to stop sudden disappearing problems.
