The Party

There's one our left before the so called party, and I know this may sound stupid but I have no idea what I'm going to wear! I skip over to my closet , I end up debating with myself for twenty minutes. I finally decide on a sequined tank top and dark jeans and my black converse. My hair is in it's usually bright red curls and I decide to let it be. I know I hate this game and all, but I still have to make a good impression. But that's going to be a bit hard if I'm late Lav said she was going to pick me up but she's already ten minutes late. Wait, I hear her she's honking her car horn like there's no tomorrow. Typical.

I hop in the car and glare at her. " Your late" I grunt. She shrugs me off and starts to drive. I really hope were on time if were late we'll just attract more attention to ourselves.

After what seemed like forever we finally turned into the girls house, more like mansion. The place is enormous it's like five stories high.

Lavander shook my shoulder "C'mon lets go already" she whines."Wouldn't wanna be late" she teased me. I rolled my eyes and started to make my up the porch. The same girl that announced this so called party ended up answering the door.

"Names?" she asked not looking up from her clipboard.

" Daisy Hunter and Lavender Park" I sighed. She nodded and highlighted our names and moved out of our ways allowing us to step inside. Inside it looked like a typical high school party. You know the ones that I can't stand.

Lav and I made our way to the couches and sat ourselves down waiting for them to announce the start of the game and pick their first victim blah blah blah. Then the girl from the door made her apearence at the top of the stair case. She coughed trying to get every ones attention. That didn't work so she ended up screaming into a microphone her voice booming through the speakers all over the house. I'm pretty sure that got their attention.

Then she began. "Welcome to my party!" she squealed probably expecting a round of applause which she didn't get, but that didn't stop her she simply rolled her eyes and turned on snob mode. " Let's just get this over with you all know why your it's not for a party it's for the beginning of our game. But this year we're changing it up a bit" she smiled mischievously. What does she mean changing it? "This year we are not voting on the first" she paused searching for the right word. "Player, it's random".

Oh crap.

"So lets get on with it shall we!" she squealed with delight. Of course she's happy she doesn't have to worry about her and her precious friends being picked of course they don't put their own names in! "Bowl please" she asked impatiently. Seriously a bowl?

She reached her hand in and searched around a bit before pulling one out. She unfolded it and read it as a huge grin spread across her face. she looked straight into the crowd.

"Daisy Hunter". My heart sank and couldn't do anything but stand there petrified, this couldn't be happening. I pinched my arm to make sure I was awake it's sad to say but I am.

She turns her head to the side and smirks, the she asks me the million dollar question. " Truth or Dare?"
