Ky 💖

Ky : Hey can I go over to Avery's after school?  She wants me to help her with Math. 

Mommy 💘 : Who all gonna be there?  Is her mom gonna be there? 

Ky: She should be..  Mom Im just going to help her that's all. 

Mommy 💘 : I don't care. Ride the bus home with her and I'll come pick you up when I get off at 9.

Ky: yes ma'am

" Avery my mama said I can come " I said

" Okay we can go to McDonald's if you wanna " she said 

" Okay cause I'm hungry " I said

" Okay Girl. Let's go " she said walking towards the bus stop. 

Once we got on the bus I sat down with Ava. We small talked and I laughed at her arguing with people.

There was this one girl who Avery  kept taking a picture with and was laughing at.  She was a caramel colored.  She had natural hair she had a dimple in her chin. She was wearing a black and white Adidas shirt with some ripped jeans and some Jordan's. She was cute but she looked like she was gay. 

Once we got off the bus we walked to Avery's house who was only a few blocks down. I didn't mind by walking.

" So who was that girl? " I said

" That's Tae girl. She and I low-key date.  I haven't really told anyone because my mama don't believe in that Shit " Ava said shrugging her shoulders. 

" Oh lord " I said chuckling

We reached Ava house and walked in. The house was nearly decorated with pictures of her and her brother and little brother.  They looked just like their mom.  We walked down the hallway to Asia room. It was black, red and leopard and smelled like cinnamon.

" this cute " I said and sat on her bed

" Thank you girl, since your mom coming at you at 9 we can start on the homework later and chill for now " Ava said.

"okay fine by me " I said kicking off my shoes. 

" I have my shoes hanging up on my wall too. My mom was saying that I should take it down cause it looks tacky. Me on the otherhand I think otherwise. " I said

"Lord you and this proper talk. Lawd ham mercy " Ava said laying down on her bed.

" You are not about to go to sleep on me " I said laughing

" Girl let me tell you. Yo cousin gonna make me rat-a-tat-tat  that ass if she keep fucking with me. She just don't know I'll whoop ha ass, I'll give her a good Ass whooping and be ready for her sisters.  But I already know that if I fight her her lil friends gonna wanna help her. " Avery said pounding her fist into her hand

" who is her friends? " I asked

" girl you know Fatmama and Kayla gonna wanna jump in.  And I'm not expecting you to jump in. You too much of a good girl. Ion want you getting in trouble.  So dont fight them. If they jump me just know ima beat them hoes ass.  " Avery said

Before I could respond someone opened the door and came in.  He was tall light skin with a goatee.

" aye Av y'all want some from McDonald's?  Ma say she ain't cooking " he said
