"You fever is so high , let's just go to the doctor" My mom said worry
"I'll be okay mom , it's just a fever" I said and she still gave me her worry look
"Archer pick her up and let's bring her to the hospital" My dad said and it's just a fever everyone
"Let's go" Archer pulled my arm and I bit it
"You devil!" He hissed
"I'm fine , it's just a fever. Just let me sleep" I said , they decided to let me rest. I told my manager that I'm sick so I need a rest for a few days. I closed my eyes and went to dreamland
My eyes flew open quickly when I heard my phone rings. I reached it on my table and I saw Morris's name on the screen. I quickly picked it up
"Hey baby" I said as soon as I picked it up
"Hey babe , so what are you doing? I miss you so bad" Morris is currently in Toronto with his family. They're settling a contract there.
"I miss you too , I just laying on my bed. It's my free day" I had to lie cause Morris is really crazy. He can book a flight this second if he knows I'm sick. It's just a fever so it's not a big deal
"Good thing that you're resting cause I hate when I see you so tired" He said and I smiled
"I'm resting , I'm currently re-watch the Mission Impossible" I lied
"I miss you so bad , I'll be home in tomorrow. I want to spend time with you so bad" He whined and I chuckled
"I'm all yours tomorrow"
"That's my girl , let's have a walk at Central Park. What fo you say?" He asked and I smiled
"That will be great , so what are you doing now?" I asked
"I excused myself to the toilet , I can't concentrate. I miss you so much just to need to check on you" He said and I raised my eyebrows
"You can text me Morris"
"I don't know I just have a bad feeling so I want to make sure that you're okay" What the hell?!
"I'm fine , you're being paranoid. I'm okay" I said
"Really? You're not lying to me right?" He asked
"No Morris , why would I lie to you?" I asked
"Really? You're not lying to me right?" He asked again making me nervous
"No" Suddenly the door opened revealing Morris standing there looking at me worry. My eyes widen , he walked into my room without a word. He put his hand to my forehead and he sat in front of me
"Why did you lie to me?" He asked as he kissed the back of my hand
"I don't want to make you worry" I said looking at my hand blankly
"Even if I'm in North Pole you have to tell me that you're sick Autumn , why are you lying?" He hated it when I lie to him , he said that before but I don't want to make him worry and do crazy things
"I don't want to make you worry cause I know what will happen if you're worry" I said looking straight to his eyes
"It's my job to always worry about you" He pulled me into a hug
"Watching Mission Impossible? Free day? Huh?" He asked and I pouted. He pinched my nose and kissed my cheek
"You lied to me too that you will go home tomorrow" I glared
"I got home early cause the contract is done , I decided to surprise you. I met Archer downstair and he told me that you're sick so I decided to see if you're going to lie yo me or not and you lied" He ruffled my hair and I sighed
"What do you want to eat? I'll buy it for you" He asked and I shook my head
"Autumn , it's dinner time and you need to eat your medicine" He said and I pouted looking at him
"Porridge? Pho? Mushroom soup?" He asked
"Let's make mushroom soup" My face lighted up as I remember I have mushrooms and all the ingredients
"Let me make it for you and you rest" He shook his head
"Shut it.. Let's go" I got up from my bed and he held me
"Don't Autumn.. I can make it"
"You can't babe , you can't make it" I said cause he's not talented in the kitchen
"Archer will help me" I laughed at his statement
"You both will make a fire , let's go" I held his hand and pulled him out from my room. I stopped and asked him to piggyback me
"What are you a baby?" Archer asked when he saw me on Morris's back
"Don't make me kick your face" I said coldly , Morris let me down when we got downstairs. I held his hand and dragged him to the kitchen. I took out the mushrooms , flour , milk , salt pepper and cream.
"Let me do it" He pulled me into a hug preventing me to cook
"Morris let me go" I said
"You're so warm"
"I have a fever you jerk , now let me go" I said pushing him
"I want to make it for you"
"Fine , you can make it for me but I will be by your side guiding you" I said and he nodded. He kissed my forehead and I smiled. He picked me up and put me on the kitchen table.
"I like being sick" I stated and he shot me a weird look
"Being sick is not good Autumn , do I need to explain you like I'm explaining to 5 years old kid?" He asked and I smacked his arm. He groaned
"What was that for?"
"I like being sick because you will take care of me. You're being an asshole today" I said glaring at him and he smiled
"Not only when you're sick , I always take care of you Autumn" He stated as cut the mushrooms
"No you're not" I heard Victon bark
"See he even agree with me" Victon stood and put his paws on the kitchen table. I ruffled his head
"Since when Victon understand you?"
"He's the love of my life. Right boy?" I asked and he barked
"Love of your life? Excuse me? I am not him" Morris stated in his annoy tone. I laughed
"I love you Victon.. do you love me?" He barked
"Go away you" Morris hushed him away and Victon ran to Archer
"I can't believe I'm starting to get jealous with a dog" He stated and I laughed
"I'm kidding , come here my big boy" I pulled his shirt and kissed him deeply
You'll get my fever tomorrow babe.. I love you
