Missing

Chapter One.

It had almost been 3 years since Olivia disappeared and life without her was difficult for everyone she knew, they would often keeping looking up at the doors expecting her to walk through them with some excuse as to why she hadn't been in, each women that walked through they'd get excited and when it turned out to be Alex casey Melinda or someone who came to just report something, the room filled with sadness all over again.

It was getting harder each day especially with the anniversary of her disappearance close by, Casey and Alex walked in and sat down Alex hadn't been getting cases to prepare for trial recently and they would always go to the precinct to feel close to their bestfriend.

Alex put her hand on olivias desk chair and sobbed "please come home liv" it took her a few moments to look up noticing people staring at her, she took off her glasses and wiped her tears.

Fin got up and kneeled in front of her "we will bring her home babe" he smiled holding onto his girlfriends thigh.

"I know... I know it's just." she tried to finish what she was saying but the words wouldnt come out.

"it's just what" he asked

"it's the not knowing, knowing what she's doing where she is whether she's.. " with that fin cut her off.

" don't say that olivia is going to be fine she's a survivior you watch, she will come through them doors any day now" he said pulling her into a hug with everyone watching.

"it's my fault I invited her over to my office I let her work home on her own" she said standing up running out of the squadroom.

After along day at work everyone went from following orders from the captain.

Alex and fin lay in bed looking out of the window. Every night was almost a sleepless one for Alex though she knew it was a possibility Olivia wasn't coming home and she had to let her go she just couldn't. She got up and walked into the dining room after grabbing olivias missing persons file and her Laptop she sat down and went over everything again. She was determined to get to the bottom of Olivia's disappearance. 'nobody can just disappear without a trace' she thought to herself as she heard footsteps.

"Al what are you doing up" fin rubbed her shoulders.

"I couldn't sleep I have to work on livs case" she replied "everyone is giving up. Like she's not coming home" she continued to work.

Fin frowned going back to bed, he was hurt that Alex thought everyone gave up but they hadn't they just didn't have any leads to follow up on.
