Chapter 3

• Britney's pov •

Last night, mama bear sat me down & told me I will be going with Zac to LA! I was more than excited so I got Zac on Skype & we talked till' my laptop died. My mom told me I'll be staying at Zac's place the night before we leave because she'll be on a business trip, which makes this even better. This is all going down in 5 days, so i'm pretty scared, nervous, excited, everything.

I got out of bed, stretched & sat back down. I grabbed my phone that sat on my bed side table & checked through all the social media BS that i have missed the night before.

Selfies, Justin Bieber, thirsty guys, thirsty girls, same old. Same old. I thought as i scrolled through twitter & instagram. Suddenly, my phone started ringing which scared the shit outa me. I looked at the caller ID to see the one & only, Zachary.

"Whaaaat?" I groan into the phone, now walking to my closet to chose an outfit.

"Hey there, sunshine," Zac spoke in a geez tone.

"Why are you calling? I'm getting ready," I put the phone on speaker phone & set it on my makeup table in front of the mirror.

"Ready for what?"

"I'm hanging out with Miah today at the mall, sorry Babe. Youre not invited," I say pulling a hollister shirt & skinny jeans out.

"Psh, i didnt wanna hang out with girls anyway,"

"Yeah yeah whatever. I've got to go! Love you," & with that, i end the call.

I throw on the skinny jeans & apply lotion to my arms before throwing the hollister shirt on. I start applying light make up & curl my hair. I put my black elite socks on & throw my banned 1's on. Lastly, i spray my favorite perfume on & grab my shoulder bag, throw my keys in & walk out my room.

"Mom, im leaving. Love you!" I yell poking my head inside my fridge & grab a brisk.

"Okay, be safe! And dont be out to late," She says from the top of the stairs.

"I will & i won't," I say before exiting the house & closing the door behind me.

• Zac's pov •

"Nic!" I slightly yell so that he could here me from my roon to his. I could hear hi footsteps coming closer to my room.

"Huh?" He asks once he arrives at my door.

"Wanna go pennyboarding today?" I ask.

"Yeah!" I could just see the excitment in his face.

He runs back to his room as I change into more comfortable clothes. I go downstairs & look for my pennyboard in the garage. When I come back to the living room, I see Nic already set & ready to go.

"Kay lego bruh," I say as he runs past me out to the street. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, where the streets arent busy.

After about 30 minutes of riding up & down the street, we decide to take a break.

*Tuesday night at Zacs house*

Britneys POV

"Zaaaaac," I whine as I throw my stuff in his room & hop on his bed.

"Whaaaaat," He mocks me.

"I'm kind of nervous to meet your band," I say now laying down & staring at his ceiling.

"Youre nervous?! & youre not even going to be in the band! How do you think I feel?!"

"Like sunshine," I smiled at the name he called me earlier.

"Anyways, we should probably get some sleep. We gotta have some energy to meet these humans," I said burrying my face into Zacs pillow.

"Alright then sunshine," He said mockingly.

He turned the light off & jumped next to me trying to get under the covers which was quite difficult because I was laying right on top of them.

"Babe." he poked me. "Babe.. BABE!" I was now laying on the floor due to his act of pushing me off the goddamn bed.

"Did you really just do that," I sat up & glared at him.

"Oops, I really just did," he mockingly smiled.

"Paybacks a bitch." I threatened before going to his bathroom & putting a handful of shaving cream in my hand.

I walked out & saw that he was already passed out. I ran over there & said, "I STILL LOVE YOU ZACHARY!" & boom. I slapped him right in the face making a loud clap.

"WHAT THE HELL BRITNEY."

"Paybacks a bitch, sunshine."
