A chance encounter

You are adventure/hunter currently on your way to Leanbox to sell some of the goods you got from hunting. But on your way there you were suddenly attacked by monsters.

" Well I should've known it wouldn't be this easy."

You pull out your gun and sword and start attacking. After a few minutes you defeated all the monsters.

" Well that was easy."

That's when you felt a sharp pain in your left shoulder. And loud sound that sounded like a gunshot.

" Ah what... the hell was that."

You looked around and didn't see anybody. And that's when felt another sharp pain in your right leg.

" I gotta get of here now."

You try to get out of there but were shot again by something.

" Ah no."

You collapsed and started to bleed out. That's when you hear footsteps behind you. When the footsteps get closer they stop and you feel something being pressed against your back. That's when you hear other gun shot and it went straight through your chest. That's when you hear someone yell.

???: What is happening over there.

You hear the footsteps quickly leave. And that's when you hear footsteps coming from the other direction.

???: What happened here? Oh my.

" Who's there?"

You said lightly. You then hear the person run up to you and pick you up.

" Don't worry dear I'll get you to hospital so just stay with"

Your body finally gives out and you pass out.

One day later

You wake to find yourself in a hospital bed and covered in bandages.

" Ah what happened? Wait how did I get here?"

???: Well I brought you here dear.

" Oh so that was you that showed up. Thank you."

???: It's not a problem but what happened. Cause when I showed up you were on the brink of death.

" Well after I took care of some monsters I was shot. I didn't know where the culprit was so I tried to get of there but they gunned me down. After that they came up to me and shot me point blank in the back. And the rest you know. But how did you find me."

???: Well I heard a lot of gunshots so I thought something wrong. So I went to investigate and I'm glad I did.

" Well thank you so much. But anyway my name is (Y/n) and you are?"
