The white and pale blues where the only colors in the building. Everyone was dressed in white and the patients where pale and many wandered mindlessly. They all came for different reasons, but many of them do not belong. They were here because of others sending them to get away. A young woman was sitting in the foyer. She had come due to her family saying she was not well in the mind, when they were really afraid of her. The girl had pale skin and fair hair, it was her eyes that struck fear in most. Deep red eyes that stood out dramatically against her ivory skin. The nurse at the counter was informing the head director of the place that they had a new patient. A man walked past the girl wearing a white robe and white pants, he was around the age of 35 much older than the girl herself. She looked at him and saw how he was mindlessly staring at nothing as he shuffled forward. She moved closer to the wall behind her touching the pendant that rested at her throat. It wasn't anything very special but a silver heart that was anatomically correct heart. About five minutes later a nurse walked over to her and the girl looked up.

"Cypress? The director wishes to see you. Follow me. " The nurse started to walk at a slight fast pace and Cypress stood. Unlike the others who were in this place, she was wearing dark blues and black. She knew she would be forced to change into the pale clothes everyone else wore. The nurse had a white outfit much like the ones worn a long time ago. It was a short slightly tight dress that was made out of what looked like a tough material. The nurses blonde hair was in a tight ponytail and she was holding a clipboard that Cypress saw had her name and information on it. They stopped when they reached a light sea-foam green door, on a gold sign on the door it said Director Victor. The nurse opened the door, "He will explain everything you need to know, I will return to take you to your room." then she handed the girl the clipboard and sent her inside.

The room had a sea-foam green color scheme and a dark wooden oak desk. Cypress stood at the door for a second looking around. There were shelves on the right side of the room, where books were held and a few jars of what she assumed was medical equipment. Behind the desk there were a bunch of filing cabinets that most likely held the records of all the patients. Sitting at the desk was a man who looked to be in his early forties. He had short slicked back black hair, and was wearing a doctor's coat with a name tag that just read 'Victor'. His eyes were extremely light blue and were staring at Cypress almost like how a panther studies it's prey.

"Why don't you take a seat so we can discuss your arrangement and treatment here?" Victor said, his voice was very deep and had a slight accent. Quietly the girl moved and sat at the desk putting the clipboard down at it and looking at the man. He reached and picked up the papers looking them over .

"Cypress Green, here for anxiety, insomnia, and general unstable mental health. Quite the list hm? Oh and it appears you had an 'incident' in school." He read looking at the chart. The girl looked down suddenly feeling very embarrassed. "We will put you in the west wing most likely and do our very best to treat you properly, I will have one of the nurses show you to your room and then give you a tour." They both stood and walked to the door when the girl noticed a picture hanging up. The picture was of the building with a large group of people in the front who Cypress assumed were the employees. Deciding not to ask questions she looked back at the man who was holding the door open for her.

"I am sure you will have a wonderful time here." He said as the girl saw the nurse from before, waiting for her and holding folded clothing. Cypress nodded and followed the nurse to her new room that she would stay in for as long as she was made to. When she got to the room it was a small room with a bed, vanity, closet, and a personal bathroom.

"You are quite quiet, much more so than the rest who stay here." she says looking at the girl who was sitting at the edge of the bed.

"I do not like to talk to people I have just met much. " the girl replied quietly and took the clothing from the nurses hands. Then she noticed that the bathroom had no door, only a curtain.

"It is so that patients can not lock themselves in the bathroom and hurt themselves." The nurse replied watching Cypress as she stood and went to the bathroom. Then the nurse was gone. Looking at the clothes Cypress frowned, she wasn't insane or dangerous, her family was afraid of her. That was all.
