Chapter 5

I woke up in a not so soft bed. I looked up and the guy that said "This is private property" guy. He looked scary. The black jacket, black pants, black everything. Is he goth or something?

"You finally woke up." He said walking towards me. Which made me shift to the other side of the bed.

"What do you want?" I said getting up from the bed.

"Want you in my pack." He said shifting into his wolf.

I tried to find the door but it was blocked by a big wolf!! I ran to the window and jumped out of there. My mom always told me to never look back. I don't know if she was right but I had to listen.

I ran to the school. It was not dark. I knew that Scott and them would be looking for me so I just walked in. I want in a classroom and the eyeballs all turned to the door. Me. I was shaking.

"It's nice of you to join us." Me.Harris said. No wonder why he is still single.

"S-sorry sir." I said walking towards the empty set in the back of the class.

Scott looked at me and gave me a smile. I just gave him a fake smile. After the bite from the Alpha my life as turned upside down. Actually,it was when I moved here. I did not know this town was a hell ride.

"Adeline," Someone in front of me. Which made me jump up. I looked around the room and I started to shake again.

"Adeline!" The person said.

"What!?!" I yelled and the whole class looked at me. Scott had a confused face while the others had a shock face. I got up and ran out of the room. I did not listen to them.

"Adeline wait!" Someone said running after me. I stoped and turned around. Scott.

"What?" I said folding my arm to my chest.

"What wrong with you?" Scott said which pissed me off.

"You want to know what is really going on!?! Living with a mom that brings home drugs. Get abused every single day and have some trying kill me! And someone wants me in there pack! This is what's wrong with me!" I said storming off.

I'm laying in my ground bed. I was playing with my fingers trying to find something to do.

"Line! Get your ass down here." When my mom calls me Line that mean I'm going to get hit or even worse go in the freezer.

I got up and want downstairs.

"Yes,mom."I said walking towards the sofa.

"Come here." She said taking off her belt. I knew this was not about to end well.

I walked where she was standing and bam. She slapped me. I was done with this. Getting hit by my own mother.

I ran out of the house and want to the woods. I just let my feet do the running. I hadn't noticed where I was at. It was a house. I walked up to the door and hit the door. I heard movement in the house. I looked down.

"What are you doing here." Someone said which causes me to look up. Oh no. It's Scott.

"I don't know." I said playing with my fingers. Next thing you knew I was pulled into Scott's house. I looked around. I saw a picture of him and a beautiful woman. She looks like Scott.

"Umm" Scott said which causes me to stop looking and look at him.

"Sorry," I said looking away from him.

"I should be going." I said with both my thumbs pointing at the door. I walked away and I was about to go out but Scott pulled on my arm.

"You can stay here if you want?" He said caching is head.

"No, no, I can't do that." I said out the door. I closed the door and walked down the side of the road.

It's dark, cold, and scary. I walked down the hill and went in the woods. I already knew this was a bad idea. I just wanted to know what out here. Really out here.
